How to browse the internet trought USB cable?

Hi guys,
I tried a few things to make it happen, but I think I'm missing something to let it work.....! :?
I mean: I'm connected via USB to my laptop, my laptop is connected to the internet..... there should be a way to let this bloody S100 to go trought! I tried a few things with WModem but....
any help/idea is appreciated.

Hey guys that was easy!! :wink:
I can answer by myself to this..... JUST CONNECT USB CABLE, START ActiveSync and....surf the internet (of course the PC/laptop must be have any kind on internet connection up and running!)!! :wink:

How can i share my pocket pc's wifi internet to a computer via cable ?

hello. at first sorry for my english.
i think You can use Internet sharing,that located is in programs.
After succesfull wifi conection look in internet sharing via usb cable.
maybe that do something. good luck

Hi thanks for the tip. But I forgot to mention that my friend wants to do that and he has WM2003. And there's no Internet Sharing

the wm2003 can use Bluetooth modem or usb cable while the BA in it's cradle
either will work
that or flash it to one of the wm6 roms and use WifiRouter ( that's what i do much easier to use then extra drivers and settings on teh PC )

My friend has HP RX3115 and there;s no WM6 for his pocket. So he can't use WiFiRouter :/ Any other apps ?

had a same problems but this time i used G1 instead of winmob operating system... anyone could help me how to do it on my G1, ... had to access root first ? or had to used software ? the software name ?

i want to connect my ppc with internet, but not through GPRS, but With My computer, on which i am using cable internet,
i just want to surf the internet through my pc,
& i have only BT & CRADLE.
P.S i want to know how to turn on the speakerphone on my ppc,
i have a wm6.1, and i am using a I mate PPC ( qtek 2020)

have access to the same network as the pc it's connected to unless

Connection manager...?

exists for Xperia something like on HTC when i connect USB cable it will ask how i want to connect it? I searched for this tools, but not found...

The Xperia doesnt ask the question when you plug in the usb cable however you can manually switch it between Activesync mode and File transfer mode by going to
Settings - Connections - USB to PC

Offcourse i know that, but it should go to port this feature from HTC, TF3D is working, this should be for some cookers few minutes work It would be nice to have that on Xperia...

[Q] internet sharing

guys i am having broadband connection on my laptop and i want to share it with hd2 t8585, and i dont have wifi on my laptop, so is there any other way.....???

30 visits but not a single reply.... , nobudy knows the answer?

i have bluetooth in my laptop and i also have data cable, so i can go with both whichever u suggest.

bluetooth via WMDC/ActiveSync is good option.
if on a usb cable you might as well just use the laptop !
