HTC Home plugin

Hello, i'm getting puzzled by reading all these topics. I've just installed the original HTC new ROM, with WM6. I'm desperately searching for the HTC Home plugin, that beautiful today with icons and a big clock. I am sure that there should be a topic about that...but, could you be so kind to help me please?

I've just installed the CAB but it's not working properly.
I cannot addfavourite persons. I'm pressing "+" icon but nothing happens. Any reason why?

the home plugin is downloadable through the plugin, and as the title says it is fully customizable.

Nothing to do. Mu Plugin is not working. I cannot connect to weather wizard, neither add favourite persons nor programs.

I it possible to repeat the same question again, again and again...instead of use the search button (wich one in the top-right of ANY page) and find by yourself the answer to your quetion?

I have seen it is asked a lot, but it i s the first time I see manilla of HD hás this option !
Is it ported to diamond already? I know there are HDmanila's around...
Anyone shine a light? We can overwrite manila files I guess.

What you cannot overwrite is the size of the screen !
The HD is much bigger than the Diamond hence more space on screen hence more place to put calendar items

your image in post #1 is just a photoshop montage! the dimaond TouchFlo would have enough space for 4 appointments. but it's still just an idea!

My ELF is Different

I have HTC ELF but my Touch Flo home screen is completely different than that of posted in several websites,
What I saw is like this in several websites.

But in my ELF i am having those Weather,Music, Albums, Contacts button at bottom of the or about the bar at down.... I also dont get those 3d Cube rotations..... help me

Your elf is totally normal from what i saw in that screenshot.
This is because thats the "HTC Home" homescreen.
To get it to look like others, you need to download the appropriate program.
Heres a link to the Touchflo 2D page:

To get the cube rotations, swipe up the screen, from the bottom to the top.
Then the cube should appear. To go from left to right, just swipe that way.

I think he has TF2D already by the sounds of it. My understanding is that he wants the normal HTC Home plugin such as the one he has seen on several websites like the picture he posted. I may have misunderstood as well, but this is what I think he was asking for.

Am I understanding what you are asking for. You want the regular HTC Home plugin? and the Cube. IF I am right then you have an elf or elfin with Touch flo 2d already installed. TF2D is a home plugin. You will need to go into your home settings and deactivate TF2D plugin and Activate HTC Home plugin. If you do not have HTC Home plugin option then you need to do a search for it (there are many versions available some with more tabs) and install it and then select it as your plugin of choice. To get the cube. If I am correct and you have an elf with Stock TF2D then you do not have the HTC Cube - You will have to do some searching for custom cube and try to install it. I have read about others wanting to do the same; however, am not sure if they have been successful yet in installing a functional cube.
If I have misunderstood you, then follow the advice above. I believe there are cab versions of it and ROM's with TF2D as well you can flash. Hope this helps.

HTC dialer

Hi,
I downloaded the HTC dialer, and it seems to have changed the settings, made the dialer screen smaller, and then when i make a call, the writing is small and in the wrong place, meaning I struggle to phone any numbers that are not in my phone book.
Does anyone have the original version from the HTC touch HD, or know how I can remove the dialer, as it is not in the 'Remove Program' menu.

Problem with Dialer

Hey,
i have HTC Desire HD with Android Revolution HD 3.6 and removed the HtcDialer.apk. I rebootet two times, but system just cant find the Dialer. Can you please gibe me a link to the stock android dialer?

Sorry, unless I mis-understand, the reason it can't find it is you deleted it.
Until someone can supply the HTC version, so you have something to use try downloading Dialer One from the market.

Hmm i tought by deleting it my system would go back to the stock dialer. But the problem is, currently i have NO dialer ^^

Yes, but the Problem is: The reason why I wanted to change the Dialer was, because i wanted to change the screen when my phone is locked and someone calls me. You know what I mean?
And now, having the htc dialer uninstalled, the lock screen is still the same oO

I don't think the lock screen (including buttons / style / layout) is related to the Dialer, I believe (could be wrong) that it's ROM specific.

The dialer is rom specific. Iam using dialer one on my DHD with Revolution HD 4 ß4 and there is no difference in my lockscreen

Hmm I jsut want to have the HTC DIaler and the Stock Android Caller Lockscreen.
So when i receive a call, when my screen is off, i dont want to slide down like htc sense, i want to slide horizontally like the no-Sense lockscreen.
How do I achieve that?

You must reflash your device.
