OSX Leopard based Theme For UL Need Help finishing it

sorry for the editing there was no use in making a new thread but what im trying to make is the ultimate thumb friendly .. simple theme.. i like other themes but me myself i don't like all the extra junk on my screen its bad enough the screen is smaller then my credit card lol i like something nice and simple which is what im aiming for. and i would like to mix a OSX theme with a Diamond type theme to it i would like to make it in throttle launch because its something free .. and most of the times its only 2 cabs u have to install .. i want something very easy for other people to install .. instead of moving this folder here and that folder there and checking that setting and this setting . but i have not fully yet learned how to make a theme For Throttle Launcher . so this uses UL for now with weather panel,Face Contacts,RL today,Battery Status ..but i might change the weather panel and face contactsit to something thats freeware . i'm trying to keep cost of this theme low for people who like free stuff any ideas ??

as u can see when i get a text the numbers doesn't go into the green .. thats using battery status the clock is RL today
Attachment is the icons i used they are in .png format .. but you can easily convert them at converticon.com.. and the background i used

hmm good skin..what softwares are u using..i mean is made up of UL or something else ??

its made up from UL... and i cannot find the invisible theme with a quick search unless its named something else lol..

here is the theme attached..
Instructions :
download this zip file and extract the contents to the path where your HTC home is installed..if it came with your ROM then i guess it would be /Windows maybe on storage card or maybe on Extended_rom..

Here is a new setup to hide the HTC home bar. It will look better for your Home Weather Today screen without the gray bar.
Just unzip and replace the UL.ini with this file.

Another Question .. maybe i just am not looking hard enough .. but is it possible to bring the icons more closed together .. i dont like how there is a gap in between each icon

Sure you can. Just edit the X=" " No needs to edit the Y =, hence you got the icons where you want it to be.

I tried installing this, and for some reason the CLock and Icons arent changing, is the CAB missing the files? or is there a special way to install?....thanks....sorry imma newb!

i think the problem is that your HTC Home plugin is not installed in the /windows directory but one step deeper like /Windows/HTC Home and so the graphic files from the cab can't be used. Try to copy all the png files related to this theme from /Windows directory to your /Windows/Htc Home directory and it will work.

this would be ace if you could make the adobe cs3 theme for manila2d.

Nice theme using it now.

this is a very nice, simple skin. finaly someone else who likes the simple no nonsense skining. Half the time skin makers put way too much work.. then you can barely see the contents of the screen. This is good! props to ya!
Maybe you could make a manila skin that can run 8 color index? that's what mine runs on (3rd post on my signature link). saves a lot of space and helps with loading time and ram.
If you make one of those for Manila2D, I will not only use it, I will cook it into my rom for others to use!

Just looking around for HTC Home skins and came across this, very very nice skin, probably the best I've seen for Home, easy on the eyes and it's something different. I am starting to like brighness and color in my themes these days so this is just wonderful. I probably won't use it because the tabs confuse me a bit, lol, it's a really cool idea but not for me. But I think I will try and make a theme to match some of PdG's minimal apps using this as a starting point if I could... Could you upload the graphics in a .zip, without the CAB? Otherwise I will have to find every file in the windows directory, lol. Hopefully I can find a good TSK theme to use, since I don't know how to make those.

Use Diamond TF3D Config to install
Also I've been asked this alot so heres a simple tutorial on renaming the file/installing
To change the actual file name, you may need to turn on show file extensions on your windows PC, If you go into your control panel, classic view, and pick folder options, Select the view tab, Uncheck Hide file extensions for known file types. this will allow you to rename the file future.zip to future.theme.
Then have TF3D on your phone
Put fusion.theme on your phone in a folder you will remember. (Internal storage/Theme or something)
Point TF3D to the folder Internal storage/Theme (Note you will not see the file on this page, just select the folder)
Select OK
Then once back at the theme select screen on TF3D use the drop down box and bam there you go select fusion.theme and install.

I think I may update this theme, there are a few issues that I can see.
To do list
High detail tab slider
Circles are cropped a little on their sides
Clock numbers could use better integration
Update animated big icons, could try to add more to the animation.
Any other suggestions? I'll take into consideration when I have some more time to update

I'm sorry guys, I think I'm too stupid for it... I saved the file to my HD on my pc. When doing this I renamed it just like you said to fusion.theme, what made a windows theme out of it. Then I putt it on my internal HD in my Diamond. Now, when I'm trying to change to this theme with TFL3D Config there is no file named like this/available to use in this programm...
Can anybody tell, where's my mistake.

Agreed, good, simple, sweet, fantastic, awsome theme. However, yeah im *****in, could you add a calendar and call history tab please, pretty please. Most of the ROM have them by default, and I kinda need them. Otherwise, your theme is pretty damn good.

It includes a call history and calender icon. Can someone please test it an let me know how it goes. I'm not sure of where these 2 icons place in the tab menu so the animation may be a bit messed up as I've taken a bit of a guess. Also not 100% sure I got the right icons lol, anyway let me know how it goes. I'll do more of an update when I get time.

Okay I loaded it but the tabs didn't work, if there is something you want me to look at due to the fact you can't check it, let me know and we'll see if we can't get it, just PM me. Also, would love to work on a military (US ARMY) theme if you don't mind.

[Request] Picture plugin for Titanium (with folder choice)

I know it already exists one, but its not customizable in what folder to show.
My ideia is to mix some of the already available plugins out there.
The Favorite People plugin already has the show picture part done.
And the System and Weather plugins use mortcript for some extra tweaking.

I was thinking of a simple softkey button that allows the user to choose a folder (with a browse layout).
And a simple mortscript code to list all the available images on that folder, saving it to a text file database or so.
The plugin would have 3 pages (previous, current and next image). Then, as you scroll left or right, the mortscript would change the name of the images on the plugin pages to make a circular order (or random, if that extra setting existed).
The size of the pictures would be much bigger than the current one, like the plugin changes that theDaniel (used here as an example) and KerMiT80 already made. The picture date of creaton would be a nice detail, as shown in the example, but that would probably give much more work than necessary, so it would probably not appear.
Instead, the plugin could show the full count of the images inside that folder, and what number is showing at the moment.
The condensed view could show a text with a picture icon saying "x pictures in folder Y", being X the total number of pictures inside and Y the folder name or path.
And, of course, if you click on the picture it would pop-up the "picture viewer" showing that image.
This would be pretty easy for me to do in flash, but outside flash, not so much...
So, does anyone want to do this? I can help on the CPR editing, some of the registry code and do the dinamyc picture frame with a small shadow...

Someone is already making such plugin, rpereira is designing a slideshow picture plugin with a specified folder.

I dont like analog clocks so never installed his plugin before, now that I did I just wanna change it:

The Hexagon grid in WM 6.5 I think is very disorganized. So my idea is to change the grid of the start menu.
Iv'e made a image in paint to show my idea. (sorry for the crappy ms paint work.)

I think you need to modify the StartMenu_GridScene_480x640.cpr. Open it with notepad and modify it.

Yeah, I thought so. But that's my problem. I don't know how, and I hoped someone with experience with the files could modify it.

this is desire of many people...
BUT it is not solved in present time...
If you modify it in your *.cpr-file (HexagonGrid="TRUE" to HexagonGrid="FALSE"), your start menu will cease to work

I have tried some times ago, but with no luck!
ope someone could make it work!

I read somewhere that it's (nearly) impossible to do it, the script that's responsible for the hexagon layout is hidden in a DLL.

As far as I know, a reasonable compromise is if you use the folderview.exe from HTC (it's usually there if touchflo is installed).

I like the idea. It will be better if the start menu can organize by page so that same catagory of apps can group together...

i think it would be easier if it is possible, pushing the start button to open up a new program with shortcuts, similar to that. Correct me if i m wrong.

hi, i like that Start menu Grid. I'm using HTC imagio and that Start menu is in my ship rom but when i flashed a customed rom, there isnt that start menu grid anymore. Hope someone can improve that

I really hope a developer sees this. We see allot of start menu modifications like lists. But i havent seen this normal grid menu!

Until it's developped (if so) you all can use "iPhone Today" instead. Also it's faster/smoother than WM Startmenu.

I was thinking of the same idea... and with the ability to scroll horizontally...this would exactly look like the iPhone...
If this can be worked out by some expert chef.... we won't need any application to give it a iPhone like feel.....
Also, i think the earlier ROM's had horizontally aligned programs.... so its not new... just that it needs to be implemented in newer ROMs.

It will be good if it can catagorize the pages (with header). With that we choose to remove the sense to save ~30m of memory.

Definately interested in this. What I think would be better is a sense version of the start menu to totally hide the win mo look. It should look just like the program screen when you tap on a quick link to choose an ap from the program screen. Cookie should feature a cookie start menu into cookies home tab 1.81
