Problems with flashing und new ROM

Hi guys i try the last days to update a new rom on my elf/touch.I read the threads download the suggested packs and so on.
ipl 2.81.0002
spl 2.81.0000
problem it doesnt work. i get always the error message : Error 270 [file corrupted]
I hope someone can help me and give me a manual how to manage that, i have to say im a technical noob :-/

plz tell your phone is gsm or cdma version and if gsm is it elf-3450, or elfin -3452, and which rom you tried to flash and what is your device id(U can get this in system Info) and whether u cid unlocked the device before flashing rom

I have a very big problem !!!
I have a HTC Inovation ELF0100 which starts only boot mode (tricolor).
I tried to do the upgrade but stuck at 2% .

why dont u use the goldcard with the unbricker rom?

i dont have card id and i can't start my touch just in bootloader

did u try flashing the unbricker rom?

Read the stickies, find out the CID and Model ID ("ELF0100" does not mean anything), then find the appropriate shipped ROM for it.
If you cannot find it, follow the Gold Card method and flash a ROM with similar Model ID.
