Hot Fix to enhance virtual viewfinder in the Camera on the HTC Touch HD
When you use the Camera function to take a picture in a dim environment with super fine quality, sometimes the image will display extraneous (noise) pixels in the viewfinder mode. It’s not a mechanical (LCD) fault but only an intermittent display problem in view finder mode. It does not have any impact on the picture quality or other display functions. If you encounter this problem, please download this hot fix to enhance the virtual viewfinder mode.

ok ok sorry bout that
Just came across a really annoying problem. When I switch my video camera to record in 720p the screen loses its centering and only records a small window and the screen becomes very choppy / laggy. A soft reset and battery pull hasn't fixes it. Anyone else come across similar before I go and hard reset.
I'm running nodo but this problem wasn't here until today
Don't believe it. Because this problem is know long time ago.
Mircosoft would say: "it's not a bug, it's a feature"
I hope they will fix it in future, but i don't expect so much.
1) Now, I have enabled the fingerprint scanner and have my phone secured with a pin. But when I swipe down to open the notification bar and press the settings button, it takes me right to the settings.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong..?
(Real point having a pin security and fingerprint scanner when you can still open up the phone without knowing the pin or having your finger scanned in..)
EDIT2: Now the same thing is not working, and I have no idea why it did that..
2) The second thing that pisses me off, is these black bars under some apps. I think some apps(like Snapchat, see the Imgur link) think that I've enabled the virtual buttons. I think this is a bug.

3) Not sure if this should be under bugs, but like the recycle bin button makes switching between apps really awful, it has a 5.5" screen and I'm struggling between switching apps. (see Imgur link)

EDIT:
4) When on youtube, some videos don't have the HD option. When I head to my PC and open up the video, I can switch between up to 144p and 1080p, but some videos have like 480p maximum. But some videos have 1080p. Not sure why this is like that..
I haven't experienced any other problems or bugs(besides the focus bug in camera app, but it's a pretty known problem). Overall, the phone is really great. No lags(I've been only using it for a day now). It does overheat when charging and using the phone, but since it has a quickcharge charger, it's okay I think. Loving the LED light. Build quality is 10/10 - ign.
Anyone else having these problems?
Should I report them and to where? Is there a place where I can contact the developers?
The phone model is a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime G530AZ.
It is on stock 5.1.1 firmware.
Experiencing the problems in a couple different ways. The first instance that I'll mention involves the keyboard while in the stock messaging app.
The area that you press on to bring up the keyboard in order to compose the message is completely unresponsive while the phone is turned vertical with screen in portrait mode .... now, I found out today that if I turn the phone sideways/ horizontally and the screen rotates into landscape mode, then the messaging area becomes responsive and the keyboard pops up just as it should without any problems.
The next instance with the issues that I mention is with playing certain games from the Google play store such as candy crush ... etc.
While the screen is vertical, with the rotation in portrait mode, then the touch screen becomes unresponsive with certain aspects of the game which involves usually, tracing a line with your finger across various Adams on the game screen... Though if the screen is rotated into landscape mode attempting the same action which the touchscreen was previously unresponsive to suddenly works like it should /Touchscreen working normal versus how it was working whilst in landscape mode
I know there's gotta be a fix for this I mean it really does not seem like a hardware is you though i'm not a professional So I'm reaching out to everyone here that might possibly be able to help... If anything at least maybe direct me the right direction for a fix or solution you-know-what I mean ...
Just recently achieved root user access with KingRoot apk ... Though the issues with the touchscreen began long before achieving the root user access so I'm fairly positive that that is not the reason for the problems due to that fact .
Now i've tried looking everywhere online and google search is not returning any where close to the results that I am looking for about this issue...
Any and all assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Please and thank you for your time ...
was a while since i was here last time.
Congrats to devs for switchroot, bought switch just to flash there android.
in description of known bugs there is a phantom touches sometimes, thats not actually true. The touch is oversensitive.
i installed pixelstarships and immediately noticed that its not random , its always present
In game if you want to look more the right, you just touch and swipe it to hte direction and your cam moves.
You see, if you want to select something (room / crew..) you just point at it with finger and touch. However this is not the case, cause your finger is detected much sooner and instead of selecting something ,you for split of a second will do "touch and hold" , efectively moving cam around few millimiters. Your finger is ALWAYS detected like 1-2mm above the touch screen (i learned how to touch without touching, it took sometime...)
Hope it will get fixed in next release.

It's already known that the issue with touch is the internal resolution is 1080p. An example of this is the boot screen when Android first starts. 1080p on a 720p display = inaccurate touch.

have no idea of inacurate touch (did not had this issue) , i m talking about that "touch" got detected before the actual touch.
But good to know,
