seriousproblem with O2xda only flash rom 2002 but 2003 not??

at first i am not expert...but i want to tell u to i can flash rom by xdarit xdaool ....by *.nb1 *.nbf fixbootloader .. by no have a problem........ by read in this site... i flash rom more than 50 times : ) at my own O2
yesterday i buy secondhand from seller......... to give it for my wife because her birthday present
no luck vibrate is not use and i didn't check infared because i never use it........ but case ias very new likw a new model that make me decide to buy
when i come back to home i open it and that show my rom is.... xda ser12 radio 4.17 Wallaby 5.17 can talk...internet ..all of function ok
then i upgrade radio to 4.21 with no problem and next step i downgrade 5.17-5.15 by bootloaderfix...that no problem wallaby 5.15 already....
i burn rom 4.00.11 Nk.nb1 cook from makis kitchen ( that alway success everytime when i flash rom ) but when write to sd that show message
cannot write because I/O error that make me funny because i use this rom in 2 days ago...i try again and same....... may be change rom i think....
1.and i flash rom 4.01.00 Nk.nbf by xdarit to sd and put to my O2 and wait until finish..... hard reset.... but that hank on boot screen this rom tet only not for sell

then decide to flash rom to 3.17.03 ppc2002 Nk.nbf / Nk.nb1 ................ that success........ but when i press infared recieve... that hank and i will reset it.... at everytime to press it ... i delete it in windows/start menu /program.... and sometime my O2 is hank...

download in 10 type of rom in nb1 and Nbf
i flash to 2003 again and same 1-10 step that i write............................but in 2002 rom that no problem

successfully to upgrade im wm2003 again
yesterday i go to repair infared...and come home to try again........ that can upgrade in all of rom in wm2003 or 2002 ... ... ???
why did broken infared make me to 2002 but for 2003 not ..... ? any idea ?

mtty1.42 won't respond to my WM5 ROM flashing command

I followed the instructions on http://opencodesolutions.com/~ronswens/Tutorials.htm
I am damn sure that my SDA has SuperCID and SPL 1.01.0109 instead of the original SPL 2.x. The tri-colour screen now shows:

... which should be correct.
Now I'm stuck on the last few steps which involves using the Multi-Port TTY via USB. This is what I get:

The "l" before the file path (c:\xxx.bin) is a lower case of "L", not a capital "i".

T-mobile SDA WM6 Bad Flash ?

I've tried to refresh my old SDA ROM from wm5 to wm6 this morning but after follow steps from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=317209&page=9 my mobile start with typical tricolor screen with :
IPL 1.00
SPL 1.01.0064
I've tried to flash with mtty1.42 but program return :
l c:\wm6.bin
clean up the image temp buffer at 0x8C080000 Length 0x01B00000
MTTYDownloadImageNot allow operation!
Error : DownloadImage return error (code = 0xFFFFFFFF)
Could you help me ?

try this,
here's an experimental program I made to make the process more automatic so users can fix their own wifi without our help.
this is good for both corrupt modelid and corrupt wifi, and fixes both at the same time.
STEP BY STEP:
1. download attachment at the end of the post for mac1.exe (requires .net 2.0 installed on the PC)
2. you will also need to download the other attachment in this post for the mtty program.
3. enter bootloader (tricolour screen) manually by pressing and holding camera button all the way in (yes I mean that, press it in as hard as you can!!), while doing a reset, then keep the camera button held until you see the tricolour screen.
4. disable USB in activesync (wmdc if you have vista - in this case, do not kill wmdc, just disable usb in it!!!)
5. run mtty and select USB option from the dropdown box!
6. then press enter in main window that comes up, see if that gives you Cmd>
7. now you should have Cmd>, if not, re-check if you did the above steps right until you get Cmd>
8. now run the mac1.exe, type in your MAC address you want to use for the Athena, if you have SPL 3.xx reported on the tricolour screen, then use the button for SPL 3.xx, otherwise if you have SPL 1.xx reported, use button for 1.xx.
9. this should have generated a .bin file for you, copy that bin file in the folder of mtty.
10. now, in mtty, type (do not copypaste!) this command: task 32
11. this should return Level = 0
12. now, you must only do one of the two following commands:
- if you have SPL 3.xx, then type (do not copypaste!!) this command: lnb filename.bin 76508000
(there filename is the name of the .bin file you generated - don't forget to put .bin after filename, as the full name is needed).
- OR, if you have SPL 1.xx, then the command is different (do not copypaste!!): lnbs filename.bin 75108000
(there filename is the name of the .bin file you generated - don't forget to put .bin after filename, as the full name is needed).
NOTE, the command starts with a lowercase "L", not "I"!
WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT MIX UP THESE TWO DIFFERENT COMMANDS!!!
if this info helps: most people will have SPL 3.xx, and if you have AP4 (not vanilla) already running then you're definitely 3.xx
13. mtty will popup a window asking "OK", you press OK!
if you get "Fail to synchronize with the host (1)", then make sure you did follow step by step. if still same error, try placing mtty and the bin file under C:\.
14. now the file downloads, if mtty reports it flashed the file, and at the end "code entrypoint unknown", then that's it, now boot back to WM and see if wifi works.
