PINs used for charging (What to short?)[Partially solved] - Touch Pro, Fuze Accessories

Update:OK, I know that if I connect pins A and E, that is the The DGND and Vcc (+5v) that I'll get my phone to charge. However I noticed that if I short pin D and and E, that is the +5v and the USB - data, that it will charge as AC, not USB (as shown on TBattery).
This is weird because it should be pin B that I should short, and I should be doing it with the Ground.
SO how is this possible, when I'm shorting a data pin and not the sense pin?!?!?!!
Please help, I don't want to set it up to burn out.
Hey I bought a car mount on ebay. It works as a loudspeaker but won't charge my phone.
If i send it back it I'll still be out $16, I'd rather try fixing it.
I have a question though.

According to this image I have a wire on bins 6, 4, and 2 which make sense for the speaker.
I wonder why though pins A, D, and E are connected. I would imagine for charging I would only need A and E.
Can anyone help me out?

My USB port seems to be broken and I was wondering if there is a way to modify a cable so that it can connect through the back connectors (which are supposed to be there because of the kick-ass car mount HTC was going to sell with the HD2)? I have seen a thread here of a guy doing it but I can't find it.
..or you can just use those External Battery charger but much better to get an Extra battery
I already ordered an external charger but I was wondering if this back terminal could be used.

[Q] Touchstone Modification - Galaxy Relay

I just got a Galaxy Relay 4G to replace my Pre 3 soon. I got so used to Touchstone charging so I'm planning to carry it over to the new phone, like some others have done:
http://forums.androidcentral.com/spr...stone-mod.html
Problem is there aren't any resistors around the Micro USB port where usually most mods hitch the wire into, and I suck at soldering something that tiny. Anyone got any tips on how I can solder it? The negative wire goes to the shell of the socket and positive wire to the 5V line on the port. For starters I know I need a new soldering iron, the 60W one I have is way overpowered.

work on moto g xt1032?

Moto G 2014 QI Wireless Charge internal MOD

Based on the Moto G Falcon Thread i did the same for Titan.
I used a universal Qi Receiver and solder new wires on it. Where to find "Ground" and "5V" spot was in my case written on the Receiver.

The difficult part, was to find the spots on the MotoG2014. The spots i used:
The 5V ist the silver spot near to the USB Connector. For ground i used the Sim Connector
At least i pull off the platic film on the back from the Phone, to fit everythink nicely.
I guess it is no surprise, but everythink working fine.
You can also use your normal charging cable

Charging via POGO-connector with cable

Not sure what topic this should be in, but I'll try this one.
Instead of using the stock charging dock from Lenovo, I'm curious if it's possible to charge my Lenovo M10 FHD Plus with an aftermarket USB-cable that has a 2-PIN POGO connector in one end, and a standard USB-A in the other end? If that is the case, could you help me identifying exactly what dimensions that is required for the 2-PIN connector? I see a few different ones, such as 2.84 mm between the pins. Unfortunatly I don't have the right equipment to measure my self.
Best Regards / R

Hi @rodtrickle
I'm looking for something similar, did you find a solution?
I've found a cable in amazon that seems to have the correct spacing between the pins, the tablet "starts charging", but unfortunately, it can only draw 0.5amps using that cable, so it won't charge as the tablet is consuming more battery than is able to get to it using that cable..
