the question is if iwant to flash a shipped rom (for warrenty issue) should i just flash it back or use white screen method

later on I would like to flash it with the newest shipped rom. do i have to use hard spl v7 to back to an original rom??
Mys spl is 1,06. Rom is 1.18 and radio i 1.03.

I have a Qtek S200 (prophet G3), German version with windows mobile 5.
Now i wanted to update that piece with windows 6 (crystal v5.1).
So i downloaded the Crystal V5.1.rar and started the ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3.exe.
Everything went good but after the update reached to 100% nothing happened.
On the screen are now the rgb collors and the information "IPL 2.09 / SPL2.09".
I dont know what to do, can someone help me asap?

Don't worry. if you can enter RGB screen,it is not a big problem. you don't flash Hardspl , maybe you flash is not successful.you can flash the hardspl and flash your phone again. i suggest you first flash hardspl,then flash english WWE2.20 AUK. this version is not spl and ipl.this a very pure. you can search the forum. G3 version is no problem at flashing rom. my phone already flashed many times.

Depends on the device and method used for upgrading.
If a G3,simple,download the official Rom and flash it to revert back,but if G4,it depends how you upgraded,through SoftSPL or HardSPL.
If upgraded through SoftSPL than simple as G3,download official rom and flash,but if through HardSPL,well,first you'll have to remove HardSPL and then flash official rom.
How can i know it ?

Yes you can. If you flash the original shipped ROM from your PDA.
my htc elfin is cid unlocked using spl3.1 amd ipl 3.07 and i am alredy using onyx6.14 rom.
today i tried to flash my phone with its original RUU_Elfin_hTC_Asia_WWE_3.07.707.02_4.1.13.71_03.34.90_BLUE_Shiped rom but i am not able to install it
and i also tried to cook custom rom by using shipped rom but that also says invalid file size error while flashing.
can someone help please
