Apparently you can, I have seen other settings out there for T-mobile and they have always asked for 600k and the person that I made the cab for is sending 600k without any problems.

Sorry about saying that the link was bad. It was my error.
I kept getting an error message, becasue I had acidently hit the link button apparently several times, the same application running in the background, so when I tried to open it , it would give me an error message. I apologize for the posting

Not able to enter Bootloader
I call myself looking and searching the Wiki, but either I am overlooking the answer or its not there. I am not able to enter Bootloader screen, has anyone had this problem before, and is their a fix for it?

you enter bootloader this way for universal, press and hold light, then press and hold power, then push reset and release. you should then see a dim screen and on one end it says "ser." and on the other end a number "1.0" or similar. but you really see this only if you hold the screen into a lightsource.
You have a universal, I got this from doing a Google search. The Wiki is very up to date for the universal.

You have a universal, I got this from doing a Google search. The Wiki is very up to date for the universal.

OK, thank you, but I will post the questipon in the correct forum. But, I know how to put my d3evice into bootloadser, but what I am saying is, that it will not go into bootloader when doing this procedure. The screen just stays black

idk if anyones notice but whe you send a video filethats say 500kb it sends fine but when you get it its only 100kb...so it just compresses the file a whole bunch and makes it look like crap.
installed this cab to my 8525 and it doesn't work, i mean it didn't change anything to my connection settings beside deleted my old settings.

I can't help with your problem but, I do want to say that you don't need to apologize for your english. You are easier to understand (perfectly clear actually) than some people that have posted before whom I have assumed are english. I hope this doesn't start a big discussion and ruin your thread. I just thought you should know. BTW I am American.

Hopefully, I can give a more meaningful answer than duprade
First off, you canNOT permanently hide them. But, yes, you can quickly remove them by using clearTemp(search the google/forums and you'll find it). It has an option to clear the recent program list.
Please note that this feature is also there in Tweaks2k2.net but that app takes 4-5s to start as it based on .NET framework.
If you want it as 'sort of' permanent feature, then, you may give a try to wisbar advance 3. It uses its own start menu which actually overlaps the whole top bar. In that you can tell it whether to make the recent programs avaliable or not

you can also use DinoSoft MemMaid, it has an option to clear the recent programs history at start up. I have also seen several .cabs that clean the history except i don't have any on my computer. I hope that helped.

I need to see all upcoming events ( next 2-3 days ? ) at the home screen, there are two at maximum and thats really annoying...
Is there any developer who knows a soloution ?

I have the problem that sometimes no appointment is shown on the home tab although there are appointment for this day in calender .
Sometimes the home-tab shows appointment from past (the day before) .
If I edit an appointment in the calender, the appointment on the home tab refresh and everything is correct .
Im using original HTC-Rom 1.93 GER with some own graphics-manila-files created with Manila editor.
Any idea?

It is a great today plugin which shows appointments, tasks - Very customizeable and I have mine showing appointments up to a week in advance. It work's very well on my HTC Touch Elf WM 6.0. I added the RL Calendar to the same page so that I have a calender above it and appointments showing beneath. All as one page in ultimateLaunch.
I see a lot of smarties here trying to be all ^%$%.
What he is asking for, as well as I need, is to be able to see more upcoming appointments while the TF3D is ON .... got it. Please read before you guys get all smart.
The apps you suggested do not work work, well they do, but do not show up with TF3D ON.
Perhaps there is some registry tweak that can allow to see like today+next 7 days appointments.

Hey buddy. There is no need to get rude. Everyone here is just trying to be helpful, geez. What is your problem.
By the way, the original question was not asking specifically for something that would work while TF3D is on specifically and since I do not have a Diamond, I would have no way of knowing what would work for you or not. I was only pointing to a possible sollution as I am sure everyone else was. Notice in my post I actually metioned working on HTC TOUCH ELF WM 6.0.
Anyway, Good Luck finding what you need.

Anybody knows the answer? Maybe only HTC staff knows. Second Today works but it is just a workaround by adding a today screen so as to avoid the TF3D screen. Like the 2USU thing (a workaround for locking the screen with incoming calls), it's not a clean solution. I don't know what other fellow diamondiers feel, but I want a clear cut solution direct from TF3D, not to switch to another screen/program/interface to get around (and I want to see everything from the TF3D screen even when it's locked and backlight is off and I don't need to unlock the screen and then press another button to see it). But yes, this has been a F-Q but still no A (as in FAQ) yet. It seems to be a real simple issue that most of us will come across and intuitively think it's easy to solve (by a registry tweak or so) but yet no solution comes up yet. It's a bit frustrating....

You seen the movie Tropic Thunder? You know Tom Cruises' part in that, when he talks to the Flaming Dragon guys for the first time through the phone? Well, that's what I'd love to do to you now.
Yes, maybe there is a tweek (sic) that can do that with "TF3D ON" (did you know that the word 'on' is officially written uncapitalised?), and yes, Second Today is a workaround (which by the way, works with TF3D "ON"); however, since topics requesting this functionality for TF3D started back in 1931 you would think that if such a tweek (sic) existed, somebody smarter than you would've found it by now. And seeing this forum now has 869015 members, that makes 869014 members smarter than you - and none of them has ever found this elusive 'tweek' since 1931.
So, yeah, maybe there is. Go find it!

It seems to be spanish and the idea is to use SecondToday from http://www.chi-tai.info/cs_wm_tools_im_cs.htm.
How about making an app that changes the today screen when you rotate the device?
So when it's in portrait you have TF3d and when it's in landscape you can have Calendar+ or whatever other plugins you want?

Anything simple like lock when sleeping and unlock when waking without any extra options like S2U2 will do.

im trying to write my own locker. but it is very hard to learn c++ : )
personally i used slideaction and s2u2 combination.. but if you dont like s2u2 just use slideaction, set the x1 to lock and off when it slider is closed, then unlock it when it is open. s2u2 also can unlock when u change orientation, so i just let s2u2 handles that while slideaction handles the only the switch off screen part..

Well I used it... This thread is more like a request.
We need that Lock. I find S2U2 weird and too powerful for what I (we ?) need.

Thanks !! TL seems great. I'll give it a try.
Well finally tried them all and uninstalled them.
Some are not compatible with alarms clocks and I was worried it crashes my alarm and make me go late to work and others were turning off my phone too soon (S2U2 shuts down my screen after 3 secs... wtf ?).
So I'm back to square one !
