Can anyone make a new Vista icon set with the SprintTV Vista icon for the TF3D? I am currently using Vista icons but missing Vista icon replacement for the SprintTV icon. Could not find a set for Sprint HTC Touch Diamond CDMA. If there is a set out there could you provide the link and to other theme sets with a replacemnent for the the SprintTV icon would be appreciated.

Anyone know how to add your own icons for programs you add to the launcher? The default selections had custom icons, but when I add a program from the list to an empty laucher spot, it uses the default windows icon. Can that be changed?

If its on the storage card it may not use a icon. How ever if it is in the Main mem it should use the current icon on the shortcut. There is a program to change them but did u install the HTC Home Customizer!?
Yes, I installed the customizer, and chose an Icon set. When i went to the "Launcher" tab, there were about 6 entire already there, like "backlight" and "Launch Program Folder" and "Lock Device"
All of those options had custom icons. However, if I add an app to a blank spot, it uses the default windows icon. Can I provide an icon of my own choosing for the phone to use in that launcher spot?
I would like to do exactly the same. have nice launcher icons for other programs. Like GroupSMS. Help Anyone?

I was poking around in the registry and noticed therfe was a value called iconpath in HKLM/software/HTC something or other. Maybe that would work?
Its best to resize them to 32x32 before setting them as custom icons or your launcher looks messy. Took a while before I could my the Opera icon right I store in the My Pictures folder and Im doing just fine.

Im having the same issue. Im using the stock Spb MS / Suite / Weather / Plus tabbed layout. When I added programs last night *some* of them showed up correctly, but now this morning after powering back on, many are the default windows icon.Example: Resco registry editor and Resco explorer. I tried changing the icon, but in Spb's menu it only shows icons in Spb's bank of icons.

I had trouble with Roloracer's implementation too on my stock Dash 3G. But Ookba's 3volution ROM has a great built-in set, and once installed, you can easily overwrite with Roloracer's icons if you like them better.
You need the files from these two comments:

INstall both and then go to your homescreen settings and choose the panel: Sliding Panel NRG
Mayb you have to optimize it with cHome.

I've been trying to get the taskbar and the softkey bars to go with my HDWalls background but whatever I try they are always black. However, I noticed that I get these two files in the hdwall directory:
HDWall_softkeybar.png
HDWall_taskbar.png
I'm wondering if there is a file that I need to replace in the Windows directory or something that will allow me to change the skins to those two files?

I have got HTC HD with WM 6.5 CE 5.2.23052, how to change bars (those bars where are battery, clock [on up] and windows icon, lock icon [on bottom]). Any application for it?

Hi there,
first of all, make sure that you install sdkcert.cab, it can be found here in the downloads section at the bottom of post #2. Then simply install the relevant cab file to your device and it should change your taskbar icons.

Ahh i think I now understand what you meant.
If you are wanting to change the appearance of both the Top Taskbar and Bottom Soft Keybar, this is how I did it:
I currently use Max TF3D Theme Maker v4.1 to customise the appearance of my Home Screen and other screens (even where both the Taskbar and Soft Keybar reside to make them Transparent).
You can download and install the cab (install it to your sd card) for it here.
You first need to set a Background wallpaper first as it will not work properly with just the default background, normally you actually need to set a new background first.
Now, to set the Task bar and Soft KeyBar to transparent using Max TTM, open up Max TTM, go to the WM6.5 tab and under the Component Heading, make sure it is set as Both. Then only select the two bottom checkboxes (Enable Standard Deployment and Soft Reset after Convert), then click the Convert button to enforce the changes.

The trick for centering taskbar icons in Win7 (using a toolbar and not showing the text) doesn't seem to work since they've removed the show text check box. Anyone know of how this can be done?
