Hi, I got a big problem with my new mobile. I set a password who would be set on after 5 minutes. Like If I dont use It In 5 minutes It became locked. (!Its not the code when you turn It on) I dont remember my password so I cant use It. How can I fix this? Do you know which code I mean? Anyway. If I dont can open It I can never more use It. So please help. When I connect It to a computer It stands like: Passwordprojected! The mobile are passwordprojected. The password have to been entered to be accept to connect the mobile.
So I really love you If you can help me with thIs.

Hi there,
I found the Qtek phone on the nightbus. I could not get it do do anything, the only items displayed is in french and I think it is asking for a password.
Translated the french on google - it says "Enter your password and support on OK". The phone is a Qtek S200.
Is there any way that I could remove this passowod/pin?

You should turn the phone in to the nearest lost and found or the police so the owner can claim it rather than trying to open it!
Well, if it's the password for the picode of the simcard, just remove the simcard.
If it's the wm5 password thingy just do a hard reset
But I have nothing to doubt your good intentions. And the only reason you want to get passed the password is to find out who the owner is of this phone.
But as someone said above, the best thing to do is to bring it to the closest police station where you found the phone!

I'm a new user of SVP m3100. Quite happy with .
I just installed WM6 BM ,And works fine.
But I can not connect to O2 GPRS I tried to get the settings, use some .CAB that I found on this forum, change the details ... So many times. And still can not use it. Is that because I still have the Orange software on it? If so, how can I delete it? (so I'm not seeing the Orange logo everytime I switch on my device..)
Another question is about BT. I don't know if anything wrong on mine, or is all like this but, there is no way to , for example send a picture through BT ? I can not uset either to sync my device, so I'm always using USB.
Is that for any reason? Is the Hermes BT like this..? so what use has it, just connect with handsfree and GPS ?

hello is there anyone that knows how to get english rom on the hermes, i think I know how but it continues to lock up on me and say something about usim dont know what else it says because its in Japanese. If I dont have my sim card in it still gives me the error, but it will allow me to put in 3 zeros and unlock it but when I do it calls 911. I was told this is an emergency unlock. I know I sound ignorant but I am new to this. does anyone know the code to unlock the phone for use. it will not allow me to use the qwerty keyboard or any letters only the numbers on the screen.

Hi If you look in the Hermes wiki you will find a link to an installer which will change the Japanese to English so you can read it. Then you can install a new rom assuming the phone is not locked to a specific carrier. If so follow the unlock steps as well. Read all the instructions and do not deviate or you will brick your phone which is worse than it only being in Japanese.

hum i have other problem no...on the other day the screen dissappear litle slowly, i don´t know what it is!it started after i format, and pass some hours the screens appears only with some line and everything else white...but if restart the pda the screens become ok...its a software or a hardware problem???

at first i was able to connect to internet over operator service,but after a while it got all messed up.
I can not connect over operator any more,
i notice that x1 automaticlly recognize my sim card and make all setings by it self,but nothing,
I tried manually,again nothing.
i tried differnet sim card,again nothing,
My WIFI surfing is doing well..so i don t know what is the problem?

I think the easiest way to do it would be to call your provider/operator (cell-phone one) and ask them to send you a configuration file (usually by sms).
After that you simply open it and it will configure your phone.

But if you call your provider you might find out another reason why it's not working. Cell down, network fault, numbered barred etc...
