I've tried the headphone and mic in my Palm Treo Pro and have seen that whenever jack is plugged it does an autoanswer of the phone calls.
I am not able to to set settings for avoiding autoanswer whenever jack is plugged. Do you know how to do it?
And NO, I don't have it checked in Settings / Phone / More / Answer incoming calls automatically. It only does it whenever mic jack is plugged.

No, this only works with wired headset. I need it alway working, expecially with bluetooth headset.

I have Mini and Destinator 3 and BT GPS, I want to purchase a handsfree speaker in the car.
1. Is it possible to use a bluetooth speaker in the car and use the same speaker for the voice command directions from Destinator via bluetooth to the same bluetooth speaker ?
or is it possible to:
2. To have a 12v cigarette plug in speaker including Microphone that has a 2.5mm or 3.5 mm connector so that any audio coming from the 02 mini either a call or destinator voice command comes through the speaker.

The first case won't work, because there is (by now) no bluetooth profile available for the magician, which would allow that (BT Audio). Could be done by changing/hacking the bluetooth stack.
The second case will work, as the magician will direct both the Destinators wav output as well as the callers voice whilest a telefone call to the output connector. The only thing, which might be a problem ist the audio connector of the magician, which is a 4 pin 2,5mm connector which is normally used for stereo audio out, mic in and signaling functions (pic up call/end call). Usually such connectors aren't sold seperatly.

For all of you guys that have the standard InnoDock with the 3.5mm audio-out jack on it (*NOT* the InnoDock Jr.):
I understand that as long as you have external speakers connected to it this can be used as a superior alternative to the Tilt / Tytn II / Kaiser built-in speakerphone because it has a microphone built into the cradle. I want to know for sure before I buy it.

& lastly, if you have a bluetooth headset paired up to it, receive an incoming call, & then accept the incoming call from the bluetooth headset, will the call go straight to the bluetooth headset with no hiccups or complications?

When I plugin my handsfree, I can hear the incoming call ring through the external phone speaker but the SMS and other alerts can be heard only through the handsfree and not the speaker of the phone. Can any one help me out here?

can anyone help me to disable headset function? I have a problem, that my headset jack is broken and remained on output. and I can't take off the broken jack from my phone. so my phone always detect that headset is connect. and because of that I can't play music, video, etc..cause the system detect that headset is connect, the status bar shown that headset is connected, and whenever I play a music, it played on headset. but my headset is broken. and if i calling someone i must call in loudspeaker, it's too bad. how can I disable these headset? can anyone help me? thanks before
disassemble the phone and get the headphone jack out , or send it to repair and replace the whole jack
