i tried to understand most of the tuts.but nothing worked for me
i runned an hard spl on my s200 g4, and after that i tried to install an win6.1 rom
and my phone got stuck
tri color scree
ipl 2.10.0001
spl 2.21.0lip
and it wont install any other roms ( not even the official rom)
anyone who can help me?

It worked for me.
I have read all the post and tried at least 12 roms but the dutch vodafone finaly unbricked mine.
After that i used HERALD-USPL-beta3 to install Touch-IT v2.3 beta for wing.
Its alive again!!!

Can anyone confirm that their phone was bricked and dus went only in bootloader and that with this vodafone dutch, they were able to get the phone working again?

nope didin't work for my vodafone dutch bricked device, it keeps saying error 300...

What a story, I bricked my phone and sent it to repair. Well a few days later, they called me and said that my phone is unrepairable and so I asked them to send it back to me!
Well today I came home with my bricked phone, started it in bootloader, and installed the dutch vodafone rom, and YEAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! It's alive!!!!!!
Now I am going to try to hardspl it.

Oke, i have a Bricked dutch Vodafone herald for months now.
It started a few months back when the first WM6 update was avalible.
It bricked my herald instantly..
The phone booted in a white screen and made a *bling* sound.
After that i tried all the firmware update files.
None where working.. they all gave me a invalid vender ID message.
So i was happy seeing this thread.
Downloaded the file and runned the update util
Sadly it gave me a ERROR 328 message
I noticed that both my IPL and SPL where version 1.10.0001 and all over the forum i they where saying that you need 4 and higher.
But it was not possible to update those from the bootloader..
When i was deleting all the updates files.. i suddenly saw that in the Vodafone folder was a file called SPL.nbh
No other update package had that file.
So i did a test..
I deleted the RUU_signed.nbh file and rerun the update util.
and... the update went straight to 100% and gave me a success message!
My Herald did a reboot and the SPL was 4.21 but my IPL was still 1.10
I re-extracted the RUU_signed.nbh file and rerun the update util
The update went fine! 100%!!
The Herald did a reboot and there is it was... the WM6 loading screen

I tried your tick took of that one file.. did the 100% update but got a Invalide Vendor ID message after it ran to 100%. I re-extracted the file and tried to update. Did not work - Invalid Vendor ID

Before you got stuck in bootloader, was your IPL/SPL 1.09 or something else?

i was flashing my rom to update, and at the last stage it said battery below 50% and then got stuck. i've tried restarting the prcess, but no go.
im on ipl spl 1.09 (yes i know its below spl 4)
anyone have any suggestion on what i can do? taking it to service centre is impossible.

I tried to flash rom but it fails at 2 or 3% saying image file corruputed which i think its right because i dont think it was unlocked so you can write any rom you want.
I also tried USPL but that i get "NO devive connected" so i cant unlocked my device to write a proper rom into it.
I did all the above with the device in boot mode (record button+reset).
Any ideea?Pls help.

T-Mobile dead loop ?
I have similar problem with my artemis. I have a HTC P3300 from T-Mobile. It started with switching itself out, then it didn't want to boot, then it began to hang on bootscreen and at the moment i cannot start it at all (even the battery is fully charged and it is pluggen in my PC).
I suspect that T-mobile build in a dead loop somewhere in the software or hardware. It looks very suspicious to me that both mdas i had from T-Mobile start to make problems exactly a month or or two after the warranty is expired. and the problems develop in the same way in deteriorating manner.
It could be that the hardware cannot take it anymore and it starts to deteriorate exactly after the second year (handy for two years contracts).
Does anyone similar experiences or anyone solved that problem.
Sorry mates I cannot provide you with any info about my PPC (radio, rom version etc.) because I simply cannot get so far to be able to see that information.

Have you tried the CMON USPL? It's on Shady's ROM (the lite one) run this first! Be in Bootloader. Hold the Record Key (left key) and by holding that press Power key to switch on! Then try to Update your ROM

Got here friends htc wizard (MDA VARIO). After dunno what only boot screen appears and thats all. Bootmanager is accessable.

I am able to put there button rom, but thats all. I tried many roms, but noone can be instaled. Also tried love wizard rom. I dont have the original rom.
Batery is loaded up to max.
Any suggestions?
Ok solved, it was problem with flash tool.
EDIT: still i dont have any functional ROM. The love wizard rom doesnt boot up. I dont have access to original rom. I am nearlly at end of ideas.
I was able to load there this ROM:
RUU_Vario_AKU3.3_3822_382120_026911_TMO_DE_GER_Ship.exe
But still it freezes on boot screen.
Please, anybody got a rom, that works in a Mda Vario from slovakia? Its for sure cid blocked and i dont have a functional rom.
Hard reset is not possible. He says, that failure at format. Any body got some idea????

my HTC P3300 (Artemis) stuck up when i was trying to start it up. when i use to turn my cell on, i goes to the starting screen shows the following numbers and then stuck up.
IPL 3.07.0001
SPL 3.07.0000
GSM 02.69.90

the screen does not move after that. i tried soft reset through the reset button but result is the same.
i also tried hard reset and when i puch the green phone button to proceed, a message come "FORMAT FAILED" and the phone stucks up.
i am quite a lot of problems since i have upgraded to WM6 from WM5 last week.
i am quite sucked with this problem. not been able to use my set since yesterday.
please also note that my HTC was not syncing with my PC since i have upgraded to WM6.
PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.

You can tried to reload your last ROM (WM6), for this :
-Start in bootloader mode ("Voice Command" + "Power" + Reset with Stylus)
-Start a new upgrade Rom (With the last ROM)

i did that but the flash process stopped at 3% (i think CID locking problem). i tried USPL but the process could not be done. i also dont have my previous ROM but i noted the previous numbers which are

-Flash your original ROM (Operator and langage)
-USPL and 1.11.cmon (verify that your phone is USPL before another action)
-Upgrade your new ROM.

I have tried to flash a wiza200 that was already flashed with a manila rom, I checked that it is a G4. I used TNT.20273 Professional Wizard HTC Home FREE ROM, it seems to work , romupdate utility indicated that the device was flashed successfully but it reboots on bootloader screen. I tried to reflash it it gave the same result, I tried another rom but impossible to flash it with other roms. So I downloaded the official one from the operator O2 but I got "invalid vendor" message. I searched all the possible solutions but none of them worked( wizard love also). Is there a savior here ? someone who can give me the right procedure to follow.

You must replace the Update.exe with a MaUpgradeUT_NoID.exe . Found here in Forum . Look in "Blue Angel" for it. Be sure that you flash the right ROM with it . It will no ask...
