Need Help flashing VZW Titan - Mogul, XV6800 General

Hey everyone
Im new on here, but have been pouring over the titan wiki all evening to get a feel for what this whole thing is.
So i have a stock VZW Titan (VX6800) and i want to flash it with a rom and upgrade it but im not exactly sure how i should go about it.
I am not afraid of modification or having to re-flash something, but i'd rather ask for input first before i end up wiping my phone and not having it for a day.
My phone at stock has Radio version 1.30.60 and DCD version 2.09 running the stock Windows mobile 6.0
There was a post on these forums saying that their upgrade path was:
Stock -> Olipro 1.20 -> 1.40.00 radio -> various dcd 1.6.x roms and others -> Olipro 2.40 -> 3.27.00 radio -> various dcd 2.x.x roms and others -> Olipro 1.20 -> 1.40.00 radio -> dcd 1.7.0 rom.
I have olipro 1.20, but the radio downloads are down ATM, and im not really sure which rom i should flash to.. etc
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Olipro 2.40 or nueSPL 2.47 to start, then radio 3.42.50, then DCD 3.2.6
That is my opinion. Most of this has been posted already, as everyone has opinions. A little searching will do you good.

about the radio version?

hello!
just update my imate jasjam with htc new rom 1.35
but my radio id 1.18
do i need to make it biger version or i can leave it like this
and if i need where can i find biger radio version ilooked for and didnt found
thx!!!
Radio 1.18 comes with the 1.35 ROM
There is a Radio 1.20 on the ftp but to install this your will have to downgrade your bootloader and flash just the radio part of your ROM.
This can be a tricky process (since the tools needed are copyrighted and will not be posted on here) and many people have bricked their TyTNs so I would recommend you stick with 1.18 unless your having problems or do some research first.
S.K.
Thx I See
But I Had Bootloader 1.06
I Put 1.04 Crack It
Now After The New Rom I Put I Have 1.09 Bootloader
But When I Crack It Iv Got Super Cid
So Why Cant I Upgrate The Radio
So You Mean Now I Cant Upgrate Any Rom.....
I Understand That With Super Cid You Can Do Every Thing

Help in getting a good one?

HI
I have been messing around with my HD and to be honest im not exactly sure what I am doing, as I put on 6.5 by Dutty and it messed my hd right up. Green screens, freezing and re-booting all the time.
I now have gone back to an orange rom (which is really quick, but old) but if i let you know what I have on here, maybe you can let me know the best way to go to hopefully have a trouble free 6.5 version.
SPL 1.14.Olinex
ROM Version:1.14.405.0.(22273)WWE
ROM date: 10/24/08
radio: 1.09.25.14
Protocol version: 52.49a.25.26U
thanx
You need to use HSPL 1.56 for roms based on 1.56+. This should solve all your issues.
Read and follow this guide. As you already have HSPL 1.14 all you need to do is flash HSPL 1.56 and then flash chosen rom (Duttys 6.5)
Post future flashing queries within that thread. Thread closed

Re-Flashing a ROM

I downloaded and flashed the official updated ROM from T-Mobile's site, cause i was planning on getting it repaired by them, but i decided to do it myself.
I remember reading there was something i had to do before i could start flashing again.
I am running:
OS 5.2.21892
Manila 2012
ROM 2.13.531.1 90963
radio 2.10.50.26
make sure hspl is re applied and ya good to go.

[Q] Android ROM as per my phone configuration

Hi Friends,
I am looking forward to install Android Froyo 2.2 build on my HD2.
But i have concerns about which HSPL,ROM and RADIO to use as per the current configuration of my phone.
I am using stock 1.66 WWE ROM
Radio ver is 2.06.51.07
Manila ver is 2.5
I have heard issues in flashing ROMS on radio with .51.
I don't want to brick my phone with a wrong ROM version!
Please advise the HSPL,ROM and RADIO that works for Android Froyo 2.2 customization.
Thanks!
Looking at your spec on your HD2 all is ok except you will need 2.12**** radio the offset of this is of course a hard HSPL. Look at the forum for flashing roms and hspl as you will have to first change your stock hspl and then flash the new radio. I run the standard WWE build 1.66.
Can you let me know the compatable ROMS with Radio 2.12 and if it should be HSPL2 or HSPL3?
Anyone with any pointers the query above? I am not able to find the relevant listing anywhere in forum
Can someone please let me know if HSPL2 or HSPL3 has to be used as per the configuration of my phone.
SPL in my phone is 1.42.0000
stock 1.66 WWE ROM
Radio ver is 2.06.51.07
Manila ver is 2.5
I am planning to move on to 2.12.50.02 Radio.
Please let me know which HSPL to use, if that makes a difference!

Flashing HD 2 ROM version 1.66.404.1 (76641) NLD

Hi all,
I'm trying to flash a friends HTC HD 2 after succesfully having Android on my own. The problem is that the ROM version on his HD 2 is different from my own and I can't find any way to update the 1.66.404.1 version or to get a lower version like 1.66.0000 or lower to get hardSPL on it. HSPL3 does install and do give al the correct reports during install, but after rebooting, there is still that annoying Rom 1.66.404.1!
Manilla: 2.5.19211619.0
Rom: 1.66.404.1 (76641) NLD
Rom date: 01/14/10
Radio: 2.06.51.07
Does anybody have any idea?
P.S. ( probably a known issue, but i searched for an hour now and found nothing on this forum about it. if so, sorry )
Hi Glideboy,
First of all which rom version is on your own HD2?
An HSPL overwrites the existing SPL so you can flash different roms from another carrier or cooked roms. The 1.66 rom version stays also after flashing an HSPL.
I see that you're a new member here and don't want to give you to much difficulties because if somehting is going wrong you can brick the device.
So if you want to run android you need a 3.14 based rom (check HD2 rom thread) and also a good radio for example 2.15.
Easiest way is to flash the official HTC 3.14 rom with the newest drivers and radio already in it.
The phone is having a HSPL already so now you can flash every rom you like with the customruu. Check the HD2 rom thread, read carefully and after that you can run a nice android build.
Good Luck
