I also have an immaculate writeshield protected iPAQ2750 with CoPilot Bluetooth GPS. This is a great navigation device with 3.8" display - 128M RAM, 128M ROM and 624Mhz Xscale CPU - probably the fastest PDA produced. I upgraded it with the official HP WM5 upgrade disk (which will be included in the sale). It is starting at 80 pounds.

My S100 was upgraded this week (took 1 day: one day to ship it to them, one day for the upgrade, and one more to return it to me) and I received it back this morning via FedEx, I now have 121.39MB total available main memory showing (60.79MB of Storage & 60.69MB of Program) and it doesn't require any special software or drivers to access the additional memory. My S100 runs really nicely now that it has a minimum of 40+MB of program memory available at all times, and with a slightly faster CPU (416mHz) than my XDA II (400mHz) its kinda peppy
Just one thing - price difference between S100 and S110 is about 30-50 $
S110 will be available at www.expansys.com from 31-st of july. IMHO - if You don't have device at all - it worth to wait for S110.

about to be eligable for my upgrade to an Orange M500 (hopefully free!!), and was just having a look around and saw on a website a Qtek s110 on an O2 contract for £29 (£30 month tariff). I am not to bothered about moving phone companies, only that I know it is a bit of a hassle.
is it MUCH better having the 128mb of onboard ram, compared to 64?

If the price difference is negligible, go for the 110. 128mb is better than 64mb, of course (more space for games, dictionaries etc), so your consideration is what it'll cost you.
