I used the serach function but couldn't find anything.
I just send my bricked Terra to O2 support and will get it back soon.
If i get it back, how can i install TouchIt on that thing without bricking it again ?
If I unlock the CID, can i install any RUU then? So that it's not dangerous anymore, if I install other Roms?
And if so, how do i unlock the CID without bricking that thing again ? Please give links.
Thanks..

Search for USPL or Hard-SPL
For me Hard-SPL worked. Now i can flash any rom BUT warenty is gone....
With USPL it is temporary unlocked.
But i never tried....
The problem still is: when terra is bricked there is NO ruu.....
good luck

Hey Guys,
Since I bought a nice Touch Pro I wanted to give my old Herald to my girlfriend, since she's never had a PDA-phone before... One problem tough, the vibrator (haha) is broken, so she'll have to get the phone serviced. She mailed HTC, and they told her it's still under waranty, so no problem there.
My question for you guys is... Do I need to remove HardSPL and the custom Rom I used, to get the phone repaired? I've Hard-SPL'd the phone as soon as I bought it, and the currently installed Rom is Just2Clean by ivanmmj (awesome rom, btw).
I 've read that to remove the hardspl, you should reinstall the stock rom (which is hard enough to find for the herald), but whenever she tries to install RUU_Herald_HTC_WWE_1.8.405.1_02.71.90_Ship on it, the wizard throws her a error 328: invalid command.
Anybody got any tips? Or should I just send it with the custom rom on the device? Thanks in advance
Where did you find the stock rom? I too need this.
Hi Guys,
While searching for solutions to unbrick my HD2 TMOUS i came across this gadget.
It connects to the HD2's PCB directly without soldering. this connection adapter is available at http://www.multi-com.pl/index.php/en_US,details,id_pr,7912,menu_mode,categories.html which costs around $16. but the expensive part is the adapter that connects to the PC to flash the phone. this costs $229. http://www.multi-com.pl/index.php/en_US,details,id_pr,6503,menu_mode,categories.html
Its all expensive for an individual to buy these gadgets. but there is probably people or service centers who own these.
Do you know of any place where we can get this phones unbricked other than the HTC service centers?
Cool, looks like something that could be very useful.
Cool.. i knew somebody should be having it around here.. keep us updated..

Hello,
I've a bricked HTC HD2 1024LEO from US T-mobile I've unlocked and I've 2.02 ROM but can't anymore change... Can someone help me, I live in Belgium...
I also have bricked HD2 LEO phone and I need the full dump to flash it with jtag since it can not enter to boot mode anymore. and the SPL area is damaged too, now the only solution is to full flash it with JTAG.
I already have the ORT JTAG tool and the phone is connected OK to the JTAG interface but I do not have the full dump for this phone.
will be grat if anyone can send the full dump for it so that it can be revive, I already tried to search for the full dump but it is not there.
Best Regards
SPL is required at least partially to work in order to have JTAG working.

I've used the Riff Box on my T-Mobile HD2. I'm not an electrical engineer so I also used the Multi-Com HD2 USA PCB. This worked perfectly and my device turned on again after three weeks being dead.
Cost me a lot for the postage of both items seperately to New Zealand (about NZ$120). There is a brick fix dll for the HD2 so its just a matter of reading the instructions and forums carefully before attempting the ressurection.
I suppose I would be happy to help anyone living on this side of the world.
yes it worcks
hi guys i did try the jiff jtag and it works , i contacted the guys at multicom and i send my phone there , they fix it and now it works perfect , all that i can say to you is please be more careful
good luck

Windows mobile? EU HD2? US ROM? If so it's dead.... Completely dead, sorry.
If that's not the case then more info is needed to resolve the issue. Also, thread moved.

wrong way around, eu hd2 can take us roms no problems at all. (thats how you unlock teh extra ram on an eu hd2)It's eu roms that destroy us hd2s.
@op. phone got red end key green send key? says t-mobile at the top?
if yes, then it sounds like you killed it with an eu rom (were you trying to change the language by any chance?)
check the battery pins carefully for bent pins, but if it isnt that, if it IS a eu rom meets tmous phone brick, then only a JTAG can repair it.

Lol, shows how long it's been since I hung around these parts.

yes the phone got red end key green send key.and says t-mobile at the top.
Well if you flashed an EU ROM then you likely radio bricked it. Check for bent pins first since there's a slight chance you may have gotten lucky, but otherwise only a JTAG will fix it.
i check the battery pins ,its ok.
thank you for your help.
do you know another way to brik it up?
I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. If you're asking if there are any other ways you could have bricked then there aren't as far as I know. If you're asking if there are any other ways of fixing it then you could replace the motherboard manually.
