Bluetooth / Notifications - Wing, P4350 General

Does anyone else have this problem?
I have my Wing set up to flash the orange light for 15 minutes when I receive a text message, or until I dismiss the notification of course.
When I'm listening to music using my Motorola S9 bluetooth stereo headphones and I receive a text message, the orange light flashes; however, when I read the message or dismiss the notification the light continues to flash until I turn off the headphones. This is annoying, because for some reason on my phone TCPMP needs to be shut down and restarted if I power off the headphones.
Any suggestions (besides setting the notification not to flash)?

Cannot stop the sms tone after an sms is received on O2 exec

Everytime i receive an sms on my exec, after reading it, regardless of option i choose (dismiss, mark as read...) the sms sound continues to play...
This is troublesome because after i finish checking my sms, the sound continues and would disturb people around... I used to have a xda II that has the same problem but pressing the power button stops it. But this time, the exec continues to play the sound when i on the phone again...
For my sms tone, i changed it to an 2 minute wav file, so it has to play for 2 minutes... The size odf the wav file is 6mb...
Not only that... the notification led continues to blink red forever and the device continues to vibrate for 2 minutes...
Is there anyway i can solve this problem?

Disable bluetooth hands-free notification?

Is there anyway to do this? I hate seeing the notification as I always think it's a missed call or voicemail notification, only to be the bluetooth hands-free profile notification, which seems to come on every few minutes, even though the phone and headset have not moved.
i guess thats a no?

8525 - Incoming E-Mail Sound Won't Play

I have an 8525, with the latest ROM. No matter what notification sound I select, the sound won't play most of the time when I receive a new e-mail. It will sound occasionally, and I haven't noticed any pattern to this behavior. It will vibrate when a new e-mail is received, if I have the entire phone on vibrate.
Any ideas as to why this is happening, or how to fix it?

[Q] headset notification problems

Hi, just upgraded from my Galaxy Note to the z1 yesterday.
Very impressed with the phone so far, but I have encountered one strange problem that I can seem to find no other comments about.
When I connect a headset (the bundled one, specifically) and turn my phone to silent mode so I can enjoy my audiobook in peace without being bothered every time I get a new promotional email, the notification sound plays over and pauses my audio book.
It does this no matter whether I turn the phone to silent, vibrate, turn the ringtone and notification volume to 0, and whether or not I make these changes manually or allow the smart connect app to make them for me.
The strange thing is, it only plays the notification sounds when something is playing through the headset. When I'm sitting just using the headset as a handsfree then everything behaves as expected - if a notification comes in, the phone will vibrate, flash the notification led, but won't make a peep otherwise. But as soon as media is playing, the phone seems to make up its own mind to vibrate and play the notification sound even though I've put it on silent.
Am I the only one experiencing this bug, or, more surprisingly, am I the only one who finds it hugely irritating?
sorry, just noticed i posted this in the wrong section, please close.
