Is there any way to purchase Ultimate Launch activation codes with paypal?
Every site I go to, i'm asked for a credit card. However I'm underage, with a bank funded paypal account.
I really want to purchase this app. Is there anyone who can help me?

Here's the same link in English. Not that i think it will do much good as i have followed all of the way through the checkout and it still asks for a credit card and the OP specifically asks for a way that doesn't require a credit card.
PayPal now has a Plugin which will allow you to pay with PayPal on any site that accepts credit cards:

I was sitting here setting up my live account on my hd2 and I clicked on the market only to remember that if I purchase wp7 live games, I am using my live email and that wait all this revolves around xbox live which has all my info, home address phone, and hmmmm credit card number luckily for me I use a prepaid debit card and only add what I need for this particular account (xbox use only) not that microsoft would do anything but who knows!!!! just a thought.

Ive had this hotmal account for over 9 years now, and I did not realise it has been set to USA (it was on that by default I think). Everything is linked to this account - my xbox account, my msn, my windows phone account, my zune hd account, my emails, my contacts etc... and its never been a problem.
My problem is when I was trying to buy an item in the Zune marketplace, it wouldn't let me put my credit card in because it can only be from USA, not Australia, which is where I live. Making a new account would absolutely be the worst thing I can think of and is an unacceptable solution from my point of view, this account has too much.
So how do I go about changing the account country from USA to Australia? Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated! Or am I screwed, or is there some workaround I can go with for the time being apart from hard resetting my phone. Would buying xbox live credit points from someone in the usa allow me to do the work around? I presume since I'm with an American account if I can fix that up, I can actually purchase music as well in Australia as well as games?

Yes, that's already set to Australia, but the billing account is set to usa. And stuck on.
Have you had your Nodo update? I thought I saw something in the changelist that applied to this?

You can't change it. This has always been a point of contention with passport services. Once your billing region is set on account creation it can never be changed again. Ever.
I have the exact same problem, Have had for years now with my xbox. You're only option is to create a new account.
I've contacted Microsoft before about this and you get spun some nonsense about it being "impossible" to change.
No no-do update for my omnia 7 yet.
And if I do have to create a new account, how the heck do I even sign out. If only there was a way to *fake* an American card via paypal or something. You know.. anything.
Unfortunately to remove the "Primary" account you have to factory reset the phone. As far as I know. It's because everything (xbox, zune, market place) is tied to it.
I don't think the country information is encoded in the card number http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card_numbers as credit cards like Visa and MasterCard are not a national card. My guess is they query a central database which has the country of issue. As such I think it's hard if not impossible to fake.

Let me suggest you a little trick...
1. Go to support.xbox.com
2. Log in
3. Click on My Account (top right)
4. Right down, the very last option - Manage Account Region
5. There you can change your country to your desired one
I did work for me and I hope it will help you...

Did you sort out the problem in some way??? I am interested because I didn't put CC information yet for the marketplace and my main hotmail account is a .com registered in 1998 and i'm in Italy I have another one (.it) but I did it just for paypal

Hey. If I'm correct, you can pay for WhatsApp with your SIM instead of your credit card. You can buy one of those cards that will add $5 credit to your SIM depending on what provider you have. I hope I've helped!

you cant crack it, whatsapp release new version every weeks or every days to close bug and exploit
to buy it you can
-pay with paypal
-credit card
-google wallet(may be gift card if avariable in your country)
if you download whatsapp from your pc from whatsapp.com you will get a beta apk
with it you can pay for one of your contact...
so your friend can pay for you, just install that apk and go to contact>pay for a friend

if you downlod the beta there is an option that enable you to pay for a friend
ask at your friend to pay for you installibg the beta
There are some virtual prepaid cards without physical card, you can pay with it via Internet. You just transfer money to it right before a purchase. In event of credentials leak, they can only steal what you paid on that card.
Hopefully someone can help me out here. I've racked my brain trying to figure out how to keep my SD card from being encrypted when adding an Exchange account. Our business partnered with another business and in using their Exchange server the permissions call for encrypting my SD card, making it unusable. All of my pictures, videos, and songs are on there and I'd like to be able to use it. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Am I sh*t out of luck here? Surely there's a workaround to allow my SD card to work and still be able to use my work email. I figured the best place to ask was here with the collective genius of XDA!

Never mind folks. I spoke with one of the engineers/tech guys within the company and he removed the SD card encryption policy.
