aloha, i buy xda o2 pola 200 and not work to change language, i try whit hard-spl-v2 and program stop to 0% .......... after that error comunication! i put in bootloader mode and not rezult ....... what is wrong? what i miss? what i neead??

I've been having a problem with this xdaII i've tryed to put 3 diferent roms already and the result is the same. Tryed the 02 final version from the XDA website, tryed Qtek 1.10 .. dont know what else can i do.

this is my first post,... and I don't know what to do anymore,... i am trying to solve this problem for days!!!
My XDA Terra (HTX Herald) does not start anymore,.. it freezes on the O2 Logo.
I tried to hardreset but same problem here,... what i need is the RUU from O2 but there is no Support Page for the terra on the O2's Homepage in germany,...
i also can't find a working RUU,.. already tryed the HTC standard and many others but it stops at 2 % and i get a error saying: Invalid Vendor ID ,... reason for this must be the CID ,...
so is there any way to remove the CID Lock from bootstatus,.. i already tried hardspl and softspl but they don't detect my phone, since there is no activesync conenction possible,...
does anyone know where to find the O2 XDA Terra RUU or how to install another ROM from bootmenu although there is a CID LOCK,...
please help me ,... i am really frustated,...

Can you tell me why your terra freezes? Did you try to flash it? Because if not, you can send it in for repair (on warranty of course)...
But if you tried to flash it, I would say your phone is broken! No way to get it back to life, until o2 releases an original RUU!

You should send it to O2, if you're lucky, it will be free.
this might be a long shot... when i bricked my wing trying to flash touch-it v2.3, i revived it with canonyang hard-spl... i have no clue why it worked, but if you have no other choice its worth a shot

Problem whit Flashing ROM
1. I have HTC P3300 in france lang. I try many times to flash it in to ENG rom, whit every rom and USPL, RomUpdateUtility.......... without succes!
When I try to flash it, he started to 3% and the PDA he turnig OFF from self and on screen of flashing utility says: The image file is corrupted. Please check your update utility !!!!!!!!!
I need help to flash becouse every 5 or 15 min he restarted from self, white screen, blocking app, and cant be turned ON in next 1 hour!
What to do?

Version of ROM: 3.13.406.1 FRE
Date of rom 8/28/07
ver. radio 02.94.90

i have an htc elf0100 with orange fr , i flash it normally one time , second time when i flash it cant accept any rom, just bootloader mode and " smart mobility" , many errors , the problem i cant have info about original rom etc.. just i have : IPL 1.11.0002 and SPL 1.11.0000 ,
i tried every thing on xda forum , and others , i want flash uspl on bootloader mode , and if i can have all info about my elf especially original ROM , ???
