I installed this ROM and, as well as others, this one comes with power management DISABLED. To enable it, use regedit. Under the search tool, look for the text "powerm", without the quotes, and if they are set to 1, set them to 0.

Weather on HTC home
I'm having problems to acquire weather data on the tab weather of HTC home.
It just is not able to connect to the server. It's not a matter of connection because I can access internet through my craddle. Does somebody have any clue?

Sundream's vs PV DVH Rom
I gave this PV rom a try.... verdict..... on my blueangel, this is by far the most stable. Have tried Swampy's,Explode's, and Sundreams' roms but this latest PV rom has the following:
1.) Has the fastest boot time when TF2D is installed.
2.) Includes Wktask and settings + which provides valuable customizations and functions without eating too much resources.
3.) Stability
4.) Has nice black taskbar and icons.
For those who want to adapt the customization of sundream's rom:
1.) download JUVS large title bar
2.) for large fonts on menu, edit registry (check sundreams rom thread for the registry settings) and use the registry editor included in the rom.
I don't use stylus anymore, i use the following for touch mode:
1.) Touch Flo2d
2.) Thumbcal for Calendar
3.) PocketCM for Contacts
4.) PD Diamond Dialer (Opal phone canvas doesnt work well on BA)
5.) EZ HTC Opal keyboard for SIP (full QWERTY,compact QWERTY, Keypad)
6.) Resco Explorer (touch mode file explorer)
7.) Opal enlarge start menu
8.) HTC Icon start menu hack
I hope PV DVH releases a 1.4.1 build rom like the latest of sundream or a higher build like the latest beta of explode and make it available in xda-dev coz i cant read chinese or vietnamese language =)

it's looking nice.
it's fast.
a lot of options.
installed radio 1.59.42.23 which is doing his work.
now i've just found a bug:
when i try to use the compaqt qwerty keyboard, he'll only give me numbers and NO letters.
and another one:
when going to settings -> system -> touchflo, it doesn't show me any settings?
please help me out on this.

Why you use new symbols in task menu....in main window (without x or ok button) the symbol for open programs is white....and the rest coloured...is not so nice...either or....

2.Incorrect rendering ot theme if you scroll up and down theme-over-theme in Titanium-Honey-cumb whatever you called)
3 QuickGPS not working (AGAIN!)
But it's a much better looking ROM then the previous one and I like the Theme pack, black

the 72% memory...its because of the htc mega aps....in a other thread of an htc mega 6.5 rom are the same problems...
For the rest i don`t know...my device is in repair service...the oil field prob of the touch screen(digitizer)....so i test it when i have my phone back...

I've got my phone running with HTC mega pack on 47% memory usage.
Okay i have used a clean rom and manually installed the mega packages, but in my experience roms with 65%+ memory are useless.

I must say that I am no fan of the skin in this ROM either.
And less than 40 MB free RAM after boot is unacceptable.

1) Camera is not working properly, at least on my pda, it acts as if the camera is always zoomed (even thought the pictures are ok).
2)i can't install my own keyboard, it doesn't work.
however i like the work you do! icons I like!! keep it going!

the reason for camera always being in zoom is that is not finished yet it's the same camera that Tachi uses and it's VGA .... HTC has not finished all of the MEGA apps yet.

First let me say that i really enjoy this one.
here're some problems i faced so fart:
Applications simply turn off without any exception message
There is no way to add a new Keyboard. It is being installed but cannot change the original one.
Windows live, i've installed the patch but cannot open it up.

ofcause it works fine sometimes when you just add the newest stuff that HTC already made perfect but sometimes there are incompadabbileties so they don't get fixed by just putting all the newest stuff in there but rather finding what's the problem then trying to fix it even if it means using old but working apps.

had some issues selecting fingur keyboard
but the only way it worked was by entering fingKB settings and appyling diffrent settings (i removed RUS support) after thet the fingur kb worked and now i can enable the rus support
will check the rom over the week (push mail ,igo8....)
must say one more time tnx a lot!!! waiting 4 your next rom

you need to post screenshot since i don't have 91x..
but then text size is probably personal preference/
there is no 128dpi in the rom, so if it looks big it is microsoft design for the new build (compare to 218xx) to make it more finger friendly

the X should either close it or hide in background depend on whether showcase is working. (Montecristo's rom does not have wktask i believe so you won't able to notice whether an app is closed or hided unless you open task manager)
for gray page, you need to show me screenshot or give me a link let me try on 61x. I have no problem with chinese for my 61x after adding font and registry but then the setup is a bit difference since the 91x rom is based on Montecristo's.

im still trying 2 work out some things
i have add fix in my heb thread
as 4 the IE when i add only fonts it works but when using RTL support i have issues (the id of heb is 1037 and 4 eng it is 1033 when switching settings i have some issues ) working on it
as 4 font size the popup menus are big but good 4 the use of a finger so it will stay as is
on my device
it can be fixed from reg ,but i will try 2 get into it also ...4 other users

Testing 28011 alternative 6.5.x for 910c/912c/914c
I installed and tested the re-build rom and I must say it works very well, with the other montecrito rom could not have the garmin software and Windows Live Messenger running simultaneously because the garmin was abruptly aborted, with this rom it does not, both work perfectly so silmuntanes. Although there are some menus that appear at 128 dpi but I guess that finally was resolved by Microsoft in the upcoming version, everything else works perfect.

found this post but didnt see any heb...
im downloading the all pack 2 check if there will be something
anyway we do have heb support that u can buy so there must be also a solution without cooking the rom
but it will be great 2 have one rom with heb support (RTL) in it
will keep u updated

no heb resources files (i.e heb user interface) but in the rollup there are those complex script support packages.
i don't know if you can make it work without cooking, you can always try recmod the module into dll and use quickcab to make a cab to put them in windows directory

I believe you need to cook in the following 2 packages:
Enterprise - IPSec, l2TP and Winscard support?
IPSECVPN - IPSec VPN Support

It seems that I also need FWUPDATE, but I can't find it in you kitchen. Do you you where to find this for 28011?

I kinda doubt you need FWUPDATE because I think it is for image update system...anyhow you can find them here or extract them from the origina 28011 flash.dio posted by people in the da-g thread

To all - I tested that rom several days ago - decent work. Ok - it does not look like peacock plumage - but it's absolutely well-balanced and correctly-assembled stuff.

Kitchen isn't available yet (read first post). I just can't upload everything in one moment. Simple maths:
2 devices
3 langs
2 WM builds
4 manila variations (No manila, TF3D 2.1, Sense 2.1, Sense 2.5)
I will not upload Manila variations for Leo.
So, 2 * 3 * 2 * 4 - 1 * 3 * 2 * 2 = 48 - 12 = 36 roms. Plus kitchen. Pretty hugh amount for my internet speed I should say

I am very curious about that, maybe I can rescue my forgotten mega

I have been developing in oskitchen for about a year now and development on it seems to have stopped! I had a look at osBuilder and it seems be a bit mad! I might make the desision to move accross to it on my next build!

Welcome ultrashot on the HD2 thread. Finally! I have been using your rom when I still have my x1 and I can say it was the best rom ever. I know you can also bring it here on the HD2 thread.

added a very little localization fix for WWE and RUS roms.

Kitchen is ready. Use the same links to download it.
Summary:
Two the most stable OS releases: WM6.5 21913 and 6.5.3 21690 with all fixes for compatibility.
Two devices: Kovsky (SE X1) and Leo (HD2).
Three manila versions: TF3D 2.1, Manila 2.1, Manila 2.5 - select any or none of them.
Customized & unique driver set.
The best virtual memory layout (for both devices!).
All existing performance tweaks incorporated. Better to say - all my latest tweaks and advices were tested in this kitchen first
Don't forget to check terms of use in readme.

Just copy files from archieve to \Windows\ using Resco Explorer or Total Commander.

ok, thanks, I just notice there are a lot of apps removed, like compass, google maps etc. are you putting those back once you update your roms?
