Hi,
I installed the added file to my internal storage memory as a part of testing the beat version 3 of Spb Full Screen Keyboard.
After uninstall I saw that the .cab file "SpbFullScreenKeyboard.arm.cab" was not deleted.
In fact, it was as it is not there (I saw it only with Resco File Explorer).
When I tried to delete the folder "Spb Full Screen Keyboard" the JAM did not let me.
Can any of you advise me how to delete the stubborn .cab file?
(Deleting the reg. files did not help. Nor renaming the folder or even a hard reset)
Hello there!
I was searching the site for a way to replace the conn manager and dial pad from the kitchen before I cook it.
I have the touch conn manager and dialpad and every time I install it using a cab file and I end up with unwanted files on my windows folder making my BA drag a little.
If I simply delete the folder/files from the kitchen and add the cab as an OEM package will it work?
Thank you
Comm manager is in OEM\OEM_SAP folder all the registryes and files should be there (or you can remove the comm manager registryes and create a new oem package for it)
The dialpad works only as smart dialing skin, so you have to create new oem package for it or add it to existing one
Thanks xplode!
Right now I'm trying to export the registry using wince cab manager but my trial version won't do it.. so I need to do it by hand... :/
If I just delete the dialpad files and install it using the oem will it work?
1. download touch launcher from-
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=437773&highlight=touch+launch
2. extract zip folder and copy "diamond" folder and skin files to touch launch skin folder
(thanks to aussiebum for posting black wvga skin)
3. start touch launcher it would show that skin is not compatible however from option choose diamond black or diamond white skin
4. its not working in landscape. u can assign on soft key to tochlaunch for easy use
Hi,
I fixed the startup delay (30-60s) which occurs when any ManilaHD Mod is installed (e.g. XBMOD Manila HD). Tested with IGO 8.3.2 and XBMOD Manila HD 1.8.5.
Xefiant
Edit: You have to execute the file on your windows machine and after that copy the patched igo8.exe or application.dat to the diamond. Igo8.exe and application.dat are the same file (igo8.exe is located on the internal storage of your diamond under programs; application.dat is located at storage card under igo8 folder).

Works well for me with iGO 8! Thanks man. You only have to tell that the program must be started on PC, because I first copied it to my device
Cool fix
Thanks a lot, it works perfect.Igo8 starts up a lot faster now.Wish I had found this sooner
Thanks Xefiant! Awsome patch.
I didn't know it had a conflict with xbmod Manila HD v1D (TF3D2) and that was the reason for the long startup delay.
Patched "igo8.exe" only, couldn't find application.dat and now it is working Rapido!
Thanks!

Hey Xefiant, I tried your app on my Diamond (Running Xbmod's Rhodium Manila and IGO 8.3). This stuff must be a "voodoo script" because IGO usually takes 5-7 minutes to start up for me, now it takes 40 seconds tops!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you VERY much. This changes everything!
Awesome !
Thank you
Would you mind sharing exactly what was happening ?
Changed "Windows" to "Temp", maybe for the fonts, in igo8.exe
By the way it works on polaris to... THANX!!!!!!!
Thanks alot! Works perfectly on Trinity and iGo8.3.4.102680
