Help with ActiveSync and Internet Over USB - Wing, P4350 General

Hi, for some reason my wing wont connect to the internet over USB when connected to my PC. I've reinstalled activesync and hard reset my phone but nothing seems to work. I think I may have gotten this problem right after the official update. Anyone have this problem too and have a fix?
Thanks,

USB Modem

Has anyone used their JasJam as a USB Modem?
I can use mine only once each time before a hard reset is necessary. It works fine for the first use and thereafter the PC doesn't detect the device as a modem with wireless modem started.
I have tried several resets and two separate computers.
I have the imate ROM 1.20.305.3.
I guess no-one else has this problem?
Hi
I have the same problem with usb, but it is worked fine with Ired port.
any solution please
Instead of resetting the device, I just go into Comm Manager, and turn off/turn on the cel phone part of the PDA. I sometimes need to do that when it has trouble establishing an EDGE data connection, too.
I found that Jasjam usb modem is working fine only on Xp, but on 2000 there is a bug.

Can't Activesync My Kjam

I have searched for the last hour and can't find a solution. I have an I-mate K-Jam purchased new in October 2005, have never upgraded the ROM, BIOS, or anything on it. I am trying to get it be recognized with Activesync so that I can update the BIOS as described in this forum. Here is what I have tried so far:
Uninstalled Activesync and reinstalled 4.5
Tried on a seperate computer
Stopped all Firewall services
Hard reset the k-jam
Tried different USB cable
Tested USB port and Cable with another device and they work fine
Is there any other way to update the BIOS without using Activesync?
Someone please help me.
Thanks.
Anyone have any ideas?
