where to put up for sale? - Mogul, XV6800 General

hi all
where can i put my hacked Bell HTC6800 for sale and how much is it worth?
I'm changing carriers and getting a new phone so I have no use for this one.
It's a TITAN100 running a sprint firmware on Bell Mobility and:
ROM: dcd 3.2.0
Radio: 3.35.04
HW ver: 0003
PRL ver: 31396
PRI ver: 1.27_007
How can I deactivate this phone myself?
The option ##748# does not seem to work since I changed to a sprint firmware.... What will happen iof I bring it to bell to have it deactivated and sell it to someone? Will they be able to activate it on a new account?
how does that work?
thanks for the help...

is 250$ too much asking for this?

Taimur, I dont mind answering personal messages and I understand your reticence to mess with an expensive purchase without knowledge of all the downfalls, it is better to ask before a problem arises than after. Glad to have helped and I hope you enjoy using your new tool.

Sx56 Unlock, weird rom version

Ok, I have an At&t sx56 that I got when it was first released. I never used it, because the at&t GSM service SUCKS... I recently switched to
T-Mobile, I want to unlock the sx56 for use on T-Mobile.. But I cant find anything that applies to my rom version.
Rom Version: A.21.02 ENG
Rom Date: 10/17/03
Radio Vers: A.20.10
Protocol Vers: 324e4
I recently (before switching to t-mobile) tried to do the upgrade to PPC 2003 and my computer crashed halfway through, and fried the device. So I had to send it to siemens and get it completely reflashed, so naturally im nervous about doing anything with the rom. Is there a SAFE way to do it, incase my stupid windows box decideds to take a crap halfway through again? Could I possibly take the at&t rom off, and put t-mobile on? Or is there a better version all together? Pocket PC's arent something im very good with
If you're new to the whole ROM flashing thing, I'd go with the XDA-Developers Special Edition ROM located here: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/wiki/SpecialEditionROM It's got a whole lot of goodies included with it, including XDA unlock (removed SIM lock). Or if you want to you build your own ROM at someone's ROMkitchen, like http://lumpistefan.dyndns.org/ Enjoy.

NO SIGNAL.

hello everyone! im AL from philippines. it's nice to be here. anyway, i want to thank the people responsible for this site...it did actually help me before.
well, i have an xda wallaby. my brother-in-law gave this to me as a present when he came home from U.S. and during that time, the device was sim-locked to T-Mobile. I accidentally clicked something and voila!, I was here downloading the sim unlocking software. It eventually worked but after using for a couple of months, the device just bugged. My phone can no longer find a signal. I tried to re-install the software which I downloaded and still, the problem persist. As for the other apps, I ahve no problem though.
Here are the details of of xda:
ROM version : 3.17.03 ENG
ROM date : 05/15/03
Radio version : 6.02
Protocol version : 324e4
Model Number : PW10A1
by the way, i also opted to change the ROM version.
PEEPS, can you please help me on this. I am planning to bring this device next month to UAE. Thanks a lot and i would appreciate for a quick reply.
Again, thank you everyone! Cheers!

Are you sure about this? Radio Version 6.xx are for PW10B models. Please check the rear sticker of the device for the exact model and do not use the output of the software....
Have you tried searching manually for a network? Which frequencies are used on the philipines 900, 1800 or 1900 MHz?
Maybe you inserted something wrong in the band selector, and your device is running in the wrong frequency. You can assign the correct frequency via band selector or in the bootloader.
If you haven't used the device for a while, is your sim card still active. Maybe it's out of order or anything else happened to it....
Stefan
LumpiStefan has right :
If your device is pw10A1 then you must use a radio stack 4.xx like 4.21 for example and select the good frequencies with band selector.
folks,
thank you sooo much for the reply.
as for the model, the sticker says it's PW10B1. i am using an active SIM. i posted the topic last night but when i got back in the office this morning, everything was back to normal. but again, i still dont get it...all of a sudden the signal came out of nowhere. hehehe! really, thank you for your posts and cheers!
God Bless!
maybe it's because your country use 900/1800 ?
in that case the phone would only work when it's getting a 900 signal ?
after i receive the xda, i automatically unlocked it using the software you guys unselfishly shared to me. and it worked! but after using it for like 4 months (not sure...probably this long), it just stopped getting a signal. i re-installed the same software but it did nothing. so, i decided to post this topic last night...and this morning, it went well again...for no reason at all. i am pretty sure i didnt change any settings. anyway, i am VERY GLAD you guys came to the rescue...even though my device just "cooperated" without being bugged(by me...hehehe!).

Dilemma.

I'm hoping some expert can help me out here...
I've been using my HD2 on a 2year contract in the UK using an unlocked phone from the Carphone warehouse, on Orange network...
I cant upgrade until March but just this week my usb charger port is dead...Carphone warehouse took the phone to fix under warranty, but deemed the damage to be outside of the warranty. I didn't have insurance taken out on the phone,so...
I purchased a battery charger to keep me going until March when I can upgrade.
The dilemma I have is that I want to install the latest ROM, as somehow the software was downgraded recently when I had to hard reset. Im happy with the current ROM except that it has the problem of the keypad not working during a casll, making it impossible to listen to voicemail, or use speakerphone etc. I remember this happeniong before, but it fixed during an update from the HTC site.
Is it possible to install new ROMS using sd card? and can someone direct me to a download for the official stock htc ROM for my device.
The details of my device are:
Model HTC HD2 T8585
OS 5.2.21913 (21913.5.0.94)
Manila 2.5.20181527.0
ROM 3.14.405.2 (04666) WWE
ROM 09/29/10
Radio 2.15.50.14
Protocol 15.42.50.11U
Please someone help me out, I love the phone, but need the update.
Thanks in advance.
Got this resolved with a tweak of BsB Tweaks, all is working as I like it now.
Mods can remove this one now.

Damnit, i seriously do not like the new XDA theme's thanks button....
Anyway, What? What does:
HTC
BLDR 0.0.2250
7.10 (7691)

mean? Do you have a picture? I'm assuming you have the GSM Euro Trophy. Have you attempted to unlock it or flash a newer rom of any kind? If your system build is 7691, then your running some old pre-release of Mango.
You might have a half bricked bootloader that is in need of GoldCard.

Hi,
I've GSM Euro Trophy in English. This device was a demo unit and I don't know if it was unlocked, flashed, ...
In a HTC customer service center, the technician suggest me that it could be a motherboard problem and he wants to check not for free, obviously. What are the symptoms of motherboard failure ?
In my opinion it seems that bootloader is damaged. What's the latest bootloader version of Trophy ?
