I would like to know what use this file ?
Is these file for each CPU ? ( Xscal, samsung..Etc....)
Could this file decrease the life of the battery ?

Hi Guys,
Realy sorry if this is not the correct place for this question, however;
I am looking to make some small ROM changes to my XDA2, therefore I require a ROM tool I guess? would someone please advise what I need to download to be able to access the reg keys etc.
Also I would like to add my own system tray icons, is this possible with ROM tools?
Any help is much appreciated, if further information is required please let me know.

you can put your own programs as cab file in the extented rom
i dont think you can modify the normal rom but i could be wrong
