Sorry but with iemei-check you need to have OS running, and have to have an ActiveSync connection, READ what is said on the site itself, you could have found the awnser yourself
I am using TMobile with my wing and I attempted to install Touch-it via this link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=327276) and now my Wing just sits at the Tmobile splash screen. I followed all instructions to the letter.
Searching the forum I see this advice "I would just try reloading the official RUU " said often, but I haven't seen any links to the RUU or its related information.

in the radio are all driver stored. we cross check some config. if you change device pid ... the unit starts with complett different hardware driver loaded.
yep, usually breaks the USB too.
dug a bit but was unable to find anything on enabling GPS without flashing a new ROM, I have a CDMA shift and there is no hard spl yet.
Just want to get GPS going on the XP side.

I already posted drivers as cab in the dev forum. But drivers are quite device specific, so they might not work on yours.
Do you know the cab file name? I am willing to gove it a try.

you need downgrade to Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.20 or Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.30
