i need some help,i have bought an HTC8125 from the USA,but i am located in france and do not understand english i would like to know if i can chagne the rom to french and can someone give me the details step by step how to perform thanks very much for your support.

2.- Vendor ID?
3.- When I star my "machine" could be read DOPOD so i assume I have a Dopod ROM:

What are these numbers?
4.- Some of u guys write on the signature:
Windows Mobile 5.1.195 (14847.2.0.0)
ROM: 2.6.2.27 WWE, Radio: 02.19.21, Protocol 4.1.13.09
Whats ROM, WWE, Radio and Protocol? How can i know mines?
5.- Theres some utility to add chinese characters into my english ROM?

I have o2 orbit with german windows mobile 5.0. I would like to update to English. As i read i must flash rom with english.
I have one procedure and i dont know if is corect.
1. on phon get SSPL-TRIN.exe and run it.
2. on PC run eng rom
3. connect phone and PC
4. wait 10min and this is it?
Is this procedure OK?
Which rom i must use?

Hi, this will be my first ROM upgrade on my 9 months-old simfree, French HTC P3300...
Versions are :
IPL 1.12.0001
SPL 1.12.0000
GSM 02.67.90
OS 1.12.0.0
I got little problem with the GSM : EDGE and GPRS sometimes lost, sometimes bad communication quality...
So what do you suggest me : just upgrade the radio or all the ROM ?

you can just update the radio you have GSM 02.67.90 and 02.95.90 is on the forum so read it carefull how to and upgrade --> linkie

How can I change the language on my phone Poket-PC, my menu is in norwei, but I want to change with English.
I change IPL/SPL from 2.10 to 1.05, and unlock SIM and CID, and update to IPL 3.08 SPL 3.08. But tried to install from WM5 to WM6 begins to load WM6.1 but when your screen is the same as before.
I just want to mention that the phone has no memory card, whether it is the problem?
And who tested and reliable WM6 can install?
