IPL Version does not upgrade?

Hi,
I'm gonna show my newbie colours here, despite the fact I've had my Prophet for a couple of months now...
I recently upgraded the ROM with the latest DOPOD (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip) From your FTP Site - THANK YOU!!) and found that my soft came up as:
IPL: 2.09.0001
SPL: 2.15.0001
GSM: 02.19.21
OS: 2.15.13.27
Thus, my IPL did not upgrade. I unlocked my CID (or so I whought...). Is this normal? Should it not upgrade? Am I doing something wrong?
For those looking for refs on the upgrade, the ROM seems more stable than the latest JAMin (2.13....) and is visibly faster than ever before.

I upgraded my Qtek S200 to the latest qtek french rom available on the ftp... my spl is 2.15.0000... but ipl is still 2.09.
is it a problem?

when you use a normal Rom Update do not change the RadioRom version !!!
here find you the last RadioRom v2.30.21 from PDAMobiz install and enjoy !!!

the radio was updated to the latest version with my last rom update... only IPL was not updated... so I do not really need this...
the only thing we have to know is if it's "normal" that IPL was not updated with a rom update...

no one has an answer to this (why ipl does not upgrade) ?

Need Advise

I updated to Jesterz's ROM a while back. Then reverted back to QTEK's ROM since I couldn't use the DOPOD ROM anymore. Here's the info:
ROM VERSION: 2.20.7.34 WWE
ROM DATE: 7/10/06
RADIO VERSION: 02.47.21
PROTOCOL: 4.1.13.24
EXTROM VERSION: 2.20.7.114
IPL: 2.15.0001
SPL: 2.20.0001
GSM: 02.47.21
OS: 2.20.7.34
I do not like the Qtek ROM as much as Dopod's and I found this post on PDAMobiz's site (which took forever to DL) which included five files: 1). EnterBootloader.exe 2). nk.nbf 3). ROMUpdateUtility_No_VenderID.exe 4). RUUGetInfo.exe 5).RUUResource.dll

There are no explanations in the thread. But does anyone have any info or experience with this ROM to let me know if I can successfully update back to Dopod's ROM without damaging the phone permanently.

Didn't Work
I took the leap and tried the ROM upgrade. However, it didn't work and now the Dopod 818 Pro is stuck in Bootloader mode. If someone has the latest Qtek ROM, I'd appreciate it if you'd send me the file. Thanks.

So, which ROM is my best bet for a Dopod 818 Pro that has a SPL 2.20.0001? I tried ASERG AKU 3.3.11 update but it didn't work with this pda. Any suggestions is appreciated.

From where can I get the original Imate K-Jam ROM

Hi,
I have a Imate K-Jam (G4) that is CID locked. I wanted to flash my phone with either WM6 or WM5 with HTC touch (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1513275). But before I do, I wanted to keep the original ROM ready as a backup incase there is some problems.
Can someone pleased let me know which file do I need to download from ftp.clubimate.com for the same. Following are the details of my phone
ROM: 2.16.9.1 WWE
Radio: 02.07.10
Protocol: 413.1.03
ExtROM: 2.16.9.101

I have a very big problem with my JAMin....I have bought it with the following configuration:
IPL: 1.00
SPL: 2.13.0000
GSM: 02.07.20
OS: 2.13.9.23
now after upgrading to the following:
IPL: 2.20
SPL: 2.20.0000
GSM: 2.47.21
OS: 2.20.7.34
i used the RUUProphet220734_2207114_024721_NVID_STABLE rom to upgrade my unit...at first it was successfull...i haven't encountered any problems or whatever until 2 weeks....my JAMin was continously rebooting and i have noticed a WHITE LCD SCREEN before it goes on rebooting...
I just reflashed it again but still the same...i also tried other roms but not success either...
Can you help me masters to locate for the original ROM? i just want to bring it back to its original configuration wherein i have no problems for almost a year...
Please help....

Hey, goto imate website and download original wm5 rom, try it and see if that works, u can always start again after ur device works
