Hi i got a hard reset yesterday,wzout do any things on it my device is a qtek 2020 wz rom 2.06
heard a sound then take my device up then saw it ask me to aligne the screan then all my data were gone
can some one help !thanks

and yes i have tried the old trick which we use on the xda2, mini, and ba,
but it din't work on the jasjar.

Hmm.. the call timer on my O2 Exec got auto reset after I performed a hard reset for some reason... Is it supposed NOT to do that?

Hit the two "-" on the keyboard and the reset at the same time
If you do a hard reset and a rom update to the radio I know it will reset the timer.

I made a ROM upgrade for the radio and a hard reset in the same time, but the timers are not reset.

Oh yeah, I DID upgrade the radio ROM at the time of hard reset, and the timer DID reset for me
I have done a ROM upgrade several times on my Jasjar. In fact once I have also chnaged it to the O2 Executive and back to the Jasjar but under no circumstances did the call timer reset itself. Personally I think it is not possible by the user.
I have an Orange SPV M3100 that is spop on the Windows Mobile screen please halp....

read the XDA-Wiki (above this page) carefully, on the hardreset procedure, to make sure you do the hardreset it correctly. Many people think they did the hardreset, but they just did the soft reset.
