I have installed on my eten x800 with WM 6.1 WM6VoIP.CAB and SIP CONF TOOLS. I can do Voip call on on 3G HSDPA, with my SIP account, but, i don't send and don't receive audio. I can do landline call, but without sound or audio.
I find for solve it since 3 days, i use search function too, but i can't undestand what i have to do. Can anyone help me? one link, one solution, or other taht can help me?

Just today i tryed with WIFI connection, and it's all ok. The problem is present, when i'm on 3G connection

Hi All,
I'm using an Q2 XDAII mini.
I find that when I am connected to GPRS and I am downloading a web page, ie. data is being transmitted through the GPRS link, incoming voice calls will get rejected.
However, once the web page download is complete and the GPRS link is idle, an incoming voice call comes through fine.
My previous phone was a SE P900 and if a call came in while I was actively downloading data, the phone would prompt me and ask if I wanted to drop the GPRS connection - that was great!
I know that this is an issue with the XDA as it is a Class B mobile. I wanted to know if others have had this issue and if there are any updates/patches/hacks out there that could get around this.

newbie here with an spv m3100. have upgraded the rom to wm6 and it says about calls via internet. i hav bt home hub any idea how to get the two to talk so i can make voip calls from my mobile? any help greatly appreciated

Hi All,
I'm new to smart phones, and I'm pushing my comfort zone a little here, so please bear with me!
I've just got a new XDA Orbit 2 on O2 in the UK (which I believe is virtually the same as the Polaris, with a bit of customisation by O2) and I'm trying to get VOIP working over wifi (I have no interest in using it over 3G - this is a banned activity by the network provider).
I've tried to follow instructions on this forum, but seem to have got stuck.
I've downloaded and installed WM6VoIP.CAB and SetupVoIP_V0.3.CAB, and after some playing I think I've managed to get the right settings into SetupVoIP - it now says on the Today screen "Internet Calling: Available".
However, when I try to make a call, it still says service provider is O2, and calls are being routed over their network - even though I've got it set to use the internet "Whenever available" (I've even tried turning off the "phone" so that the only option is to route calls over the internet, but it didn't - it was just unable to make the call).
Has anyone sucessfully got VoIP working on this version of the phone? If so could you please help me - it would be really useful if I could use VoIP from home where I've got WiFi!!!!

If it says Internet Calling: Available. Tap it and it will change to Internet Calling: Selected. Then calls will be routed through your WiFi
Is there no SIP client that brings VOIP to Windows Mobile?

I have a Hermes/TyTn.
ROM - CRCs r13.1-pre7
RADIO - 1.47.30.10
Everything is working a treat. This is the most stale ROM i have ever had on this thing.
I have recently loaded : SetupVoIP_v0.3, MajikVoIP & VOIP Drivers.
My VOIP provider is Pennytel
My GSM provider is 3 and I am in Australia.
The Voip is working over Wifi anf over 3G, but it can be a little scratchy. Also, my bluetooth handsfree does not work when dialling out through Voip.
Any suggestions to help streamline and improve what I have.
PS: I am a noob so bare with me.
