Error 260 - Wing, P4350 General

Attempting to flash my wing, but everytime it enters bootloader my machine looses connection. I assume it is a lack of drivers for the device to be seen, but attempting to manually load the normal drivers to the system does not seem to work.
hoping someone has some ideas.
SPL is 4.10.000

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall activesync. That is a common problem and should be fixed easily.

try to run thr program in administrator mode, by right click on your mouse
Hi,
Administrator on both computers I use, though it would update the phone software to load or initialize the components while before I receive notice of this application, once repairs have used without problems. What do you think the problem might be?
I have that problem but when i install SE Update Service PC companion dint give me error.

Can no longer connect to phone via laptop

Hi I have been running Android nand 2.2 for some time now and have been increasingly frustrated by the number of people complaining of a high pitched hiss when I call them , I have witnessed this and decided to investigate , my initial indications were that it may be a radio so I decided to do a complete rebuild and go from there.
My problems have a risen as I can no longer connect to the phone via PC , e.g. I was trying to use the Task29 exe to clean the phone and booted the phone into the 3 color band screen and it detected the USB connection , however when I run Task29 (or any rom for that matter ) they eventually come back after "Verifying phone contents screen" and say that the phone could not be detected
I have never had this before usually connects straight away , however I had not attempted to connect since my last rom build , I am bit vague about the details but seem to remember using the clockwork method to deploy it
So I am wondering if somehow I have messed something up or is it simply a drivers issue and if so how would I replace them?
uninstall the drivers and reinstall them
Thx, I got the same result by trying it on a laptop that hadn't seen the phone before , it all worked then, just for ref if I uninstall the drivers won't it simply reinstall the same ones or do I have to delete something on the laptop itself , or is it likely to be a corrupt driver and reinstalling cures?
sometimes it happens, ihad it happen the other day, i had to remove the device from device manager and let it reinstall the drivers for it to be picked up for flashing again
Make sure you have windows mobile device center installed. It has the necessary drivers for detecting a phone in bootloader(tri-color) mode and also when you are flashing Mag or CWM partitions

Win Error 43.. frustrated.

I've read through so many threads on so many forums trying to fix this, and I'm about to throw this thing through the wall.
I'm running CyanogenMod 7 nightly on 2.3.7
When I connect the phone to any PC (I've tried Win7 64/32 bit, XP SP3, XP SP2) I get a charging icon in my notification bar, but the USB Storage mode never opens to enable/disable. After about 10 seconds I see "USB Device Not Recognized." Happens the same on every PC. I can still access my internal storage via FTP, just not via USB. The device shows in my device manager as "Unknown USB Device."
Not sure if it's related, but when I boot into FastBoot it runs USB Control/USB Control init and then just freezes. Even after downloading a ROM update with ROM Manager it says "NO ROM FOUND"
This is what I've tried:
USBDeview to uninstall all Android-related drivers, reinstalled Samsung and Google SDK rev 4 drivers.
USB data wipe (for the hell of it, really.)
Multiple PC's with different OS and 3 different USB data cables, including the original.
At this point I'd like to try a factory reset. When I try to unroot with SuperOneClick the program just crashes. When I try a reset from the phone it fails to boot into recovery, and using the Factory data reset produces a "null" error.
I know just enough to be dangerous. If I'm missing something please let me know, and I appreciate any help.

Tried loading a CM9 rom from the SD card that I FTP'd over via ClockworkMod Recovery. It asks for data+cache wipe, then just boots into recovery. I get "NO IMG FOUND" and USB CONTROL INIT and USB CONTROL INIT END.
Try installing pdanet on your computer. Its what I did in order for my computer to recognize my phone. Hope it helps.
Should have mentioned earlier that I also installed PDANet after I wiped my drivers. It couldn't detect the phone being connected and did not completely install.

Can't find device via ADB

So I'm getting this issue where I can't locate the device via ADB. I've tried reinstalling drivers which doesn't work. The device regardless of if it's in debug mode or not fails to mount and instead, windows fails to even detect it branding it a "Unknown device". I've tried restoring to a previous nanddump (taken just after rooting) which has still failed to fix the issue.
Is there a fix or am I stuck with having to sideload every app I develop?
Edit: apologies for putting this in the wrong sub-forum
I had to go into device manager and force the unknown device to use the nexus 7 drivers from the android SDK folder manually, (after I have used the SDK manager to download them of course) I've had to do this on 2 windows 7 computers so far, so I would give that a go, if you need help I'll hunt a guide out for you.

XT320 setup wizard issue after flashing

Hi everyone,
I have a big issue after having flashed my XT320 : when it starts, I have a setup wizard failure (com.android.setupwizard) asking me to force closing it... and it does it again without ending (error message, close, error message, close..). The consequence is that I can't use my phone anymore (the weird thing is I see the incoming sms, but that's all).
The problem is that my phone is not detected by RSDlite anymore (and even by Motorola device manager). ADB isn't working when I try to connect when the phone is in USB mass storage mode (device not found), which could be normal as I can't enable USB debugging mode. The only thing I can do is power on the phone in recovery mode, then plug it to the PC, then use the terminal to make fastboot recovery (I used a custom recovery.img taken from xda). Thus, I might be able to reflash the phone with another ROM, but I am not sure... I figured I also could enable USB debugging mode with ADB, but I can't use ADB
Anyway, this is what I've done before I was stucked :
- enable fastboot (it wasn't)
- root my phone (ok)
- install CWM
- backup my data
- install CyanogenMod 7.2.zip and corresponding google apps on my SD card
- restart in recovery
- wipe data & cache
- choose install from sdcard option
- run cyanogenmod 7.2 and google apps
- reboot
If you have a genious idea, please tell me, I will be REALLY grateful !
Thanks
EDIT:
I have also installed Motorola Device Manager (and I am under windows 8). I was wondering if there was an issue with the drivers, but I tried to reinstall, reboot, with no changes... I also tried to force windows using the drivers in Motorola folder, but windows says the device won't work properly. I am quite sure there is a driver issue too (I've just tried to use Android root software, but the phone is not detected).
