Anyone know of any registry hacks or even software that will increase earpiece volume of ATom life? I can't hear anything practically. I've tried to go to the registry and change the setting under HKEY_CURRENT_USER / ControlPanel / SoundCategories / InCall / InitVol to 5 from 2 but it seems to make little difference. Anyone find better fixes for this problem ? Thanks !!!!

My Orbit2 microphone volume is too low. It's not easy for people on the other end to hear me, when I'm not want to scream into the mic.
Is there any tweak or adjustment just for the microphone?
I have the original ROM insatalled on my Orbit2, no update.
The HTC Equalizer does not bring any improvement!
No improvement with "Microphone AGC" On or OFF!
I changed the mic-position on my mouth during i speak. No solution!
The Registry entries, which was discussed in other threats are not in mine.
Writing these entries bring no solution too!
I speak from: hkey_local_machine/software/htc/audiogain (and audiogain 0 and 1 and 2) and der Entries.
When I speak by headset i don't have this Problems.
Can anybody help me to find a solution?

you can adjust the mic and AGC using the ipaq_audio.exe
Although it was made for ipaq's, it seems to be compatible with HTC devices.

even at the maximum, the volume is very low.

P.s. the problem is only with the ringtones and the calls, the output power of the mediaplayer seems to be unaffected.

Hi,
I have the latest original 6.1 rom, the incall volume is set at maximum, but I need to increase more the incall volume because in louder environments I have some troubles to ear the people from the other side of the call.
I found a file named Audiopara.cvs but is for other HTC devices, and some registry tweaks that didn't work for me.
Anyone know how to increase the incall volume?

I tried hard-reset the phone but with no success. Also try other rom's but I have the same problem.
I agree volume is rubbish as my Trinity was far louder.
It would be nice to increase it if possible
