Microsoft has posted their official Windows Mobile 6.1 device emulators for download now.
Came across these looking for something else, so I thought I would share the link in case they are useful.

Seems like someone has finally made a start on developing a PPC version to the CellTrack which was only available for smartphones running Windows Mobile from http://celltrack.spv-developers.com.
I found this while googling CellTrack for a PPC version. It seems there is a beta version out for the I-Mate Jam which will work with other PPCs running WM 2003. The app ran on my MDA II but would only show the LAC and the CellID since it is a testing version while the bugs for transitioning the program from Windows Mobile for Smartphones to the PPC Editions.

ahh this is not Wm6.5 it is 6.1 AKU 1.4 or 6.1.4 like MS calls it, the emulator image build is 20757.1.4.0 so there are a lot newer builds than this on the site

Is there any way of getting the CHome/Titanium (home widget) from windows Mobile 6.5 on Windows Mobile Device Emulator? Is there a cab or something?
I tried creating a Windows Mobile 6.5 Image for the Device Emulator using SamuelTee's samWMEmuKitchen but kept getting all sorts of errors ...

I don't think so. However, Windows Mobile 6.5 is supposed to be officially released on May 11th, and msmobiles.com (great windows mobile news site, reliable too) seems to think that means device emulators running 6.5 on May 11th. It's not that long of a wait, but if you can get 6.5 running in an emulator yourself, more power to you.

V-One used to post SmartPass CE VPN client on their support page. Since AEPNetworks bought V-One, they took it off. I last downloaded, free, SmartPass4.2_PocketPC_ARM.cab a few years ago, which worked on Windows Mobile 2003. It stops working on Windows Mobile 5.x and 6.x. I Googled for it, but can't find anything similar. If you have a copy of later version, which hopefully works on WM 6.1, can you help me by letting me know? Many thanks!

Looks like they're mostly trying to shop it around to the device vendors / cell providers, rather than direct sales to end-users.
