Changing Today screen 'wallpaper' and MvrTrue VGA

General question, what programs are people using to change the backgrounds of the Today screen?
In addition, does that program work in conjunction with MvrTrue VGA?

OK I figured it out, but what pixel size is the today screen
640x480?
To complicate things, I noticed that when switching between QVGA and VGA resolution (using Mvr VGA toggle) the following Today backgrounds are tiled:
HTC Default
Guava Bubbles
Windows Mobile Green
But the following background does not tile in VGA resolution:
Windows Default
Is there any way to center the screen instead of tiling it, or even stretch it?

Not sure what your running as far as ROM, etc. but if you are looking at the WM wallpaper, it can be found in Windows directory;
stwater.jpg is start menu background, also could be classicblue_stwater_800_480.jpg or _480_800
tdwater.jpg is today background
your TF3D background can be set through manila
For portrait, you want 480x800 and for lanscape you want 800x480
