Bad block, please help! - Touch Cruise ROM Development

Hi All
Today I checked my Cruise with mtty info and the result was this:

I use Beps 0.54. all flash was perfect. I didin't have any error.
I worry about a little bit.
1, What does it mean this bad block exactly?
2, Should I afraid about this?
3, How can I repair this?
I got other result from "fktsndr":

DANGER!
Guys, DO NOT use "task 2a" command in MTTY with Polaris device!
Your device will be a brick.

because in the new EVT series, the SPLs are properly written with full ECC checking, task 2a just formats the NAND entirely

It's clear but what do you think about the bad block in the firs post? It's normal or not?

yes, it is normal... its a NAND device. Forget about it and be happy.

About NAND devices
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flash_memory
About bad blocks of NAND devices:
Most NAND devices are shipped from the factory with some bad blocks which are typically identified and marked according to a specified bad block marking strategy. By allowing some bad blocks, the manufacturers achieve far higher yields than would be possible if all blocks were tested good. This significantly reduces NAND flash costs and only slightly decreases the storage capacity of the parts.

No Radio, Stuck on splash screen

Caused my curiosity, I flashed my Radio ROM with "Phoenx06_Radio_1.41_all_carriers" apache radio ROM. And now my mogul stuck on splash screen with "no radio" in the bottom. Can't boot OS.
i've tried reflash with official SPCS ROM RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_2.09.651.3_1.32.00_SPCS_NV124_new_Ship, hundreds times, It's always said succsessfull, but still stuck with no radio.
then i used titanunlocker (thanks Olipro..) http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=52162&d=1190835601 , i put in Bootloader mode, SPL-1.04.0000, but won't flash. Ican't connect to ActiveSync and run haret.exe because i can't boot OS.

Let this be a lesson to anyone that wants to flash files for different devices (like apache) to the Titan! Don't do it!! that being said there are still a few things we might be able to try to get you going again, check PM.

have you tried to revert back to original SPL and ROM?
(i know you are great rom cooker, but just in case you forgot something)
Did you try these?

I've tried any possible mtty command ...
finally i think that there is a bad block problem (many bad blocks) ....
p.s. A friend gave me a new polaris, so cooking continues ....
sorry about your loss
any advices on what not to do ?
in order not to get in the same situation.
don't let your children play with those problematic & expensive htc pdas ...

and tray the spl v8
and when i use the ruuwapper, check the auto set ,it always said: unknow version ,you should pik safe sspl
but i already get the spl v7or v8,it still say the error
how can i fix the bad blocks???
Did you try to hard spl it? You need to downgrade your spl to 1.04 and then try from there. Make sure that you use activesync and then click auto detect. Try it again but make sure your not running any programs while doing so.
You need to remember too that sometimes the telco "brand" the Hermes with bad blocks. Generally 2. Telstra Australia used to, not sure anymore.
So saying, you can't fix the bad blocks if your SPL is higher than 1.10. You need to downgrade your SPL, fix the bad blocks then flash hard SPL again.
Cheers...
thanks alot!!!!
I have downgrade my spl , but spl 1.01,and 1.04 and 1..09 are the same as spl 2.30
