Hi, to all, i'll make a new application to emulate the most popular iPhone on your WM5/WM6 Pocket PC.
This is my first work on mbile and i'm happy to show it to all.
The application is near to the first release.
v.1.0 is near back to corner
Features:
- Set differrent background Portrait and Landscape
- Set a lot of animation effects
- Set infinite number of pages with 12 icons for each page
- Set icons picture, description and shortcut command
- Work in Portrait and in Landscap
- Fly from and to another page with touch screen and with D-Pad

This looks awesome with the page effect like the new IPhone firmware.....How will it run under VGA.....Please release ASAP......

that looks really great, glad it's not flash as well and cant wait to play with it, question though; are the icon sizes customizable? the ones in the pictures look a little small and not very sharp so I was wondering if we'd be allowed to use our own slightly larger icons.

Grumps is very bad, i dont like it.
My app work in my TyTn perfectly, whem i release all you test it and i hope that you help me to correct all bugs and add a lot of new features.
For now the Wheater, Finance and Navigator dont have the link because everyone have installed differents applications.

Icons are 42x42, for now are not customizable but in future....
looks great and also can't wait to try it.
Also, not a huge deal, but it's "weather", not "wheater". Since it's on your icon, may be easier for you to change

For now is only a Launcher but i want integrate a Chat SMS and anothers good thinghs
You say customizing background is possible. Does that include the bottom carbon part?
Will you be able to set icons for the apps and for the ones in the dock?
I would like to see a video of how smoothly it works...

Good idea but there are few icons, with my app u can get more.
In pratica:
Si è una bella idea, tipo RocketDock se lo conosci sarebbe bello da fare e credo non sia nemmeno difficile da fare, ma per ora mi sto concentrando su questo.
In futuro vedremo.

Very nice, but I checked out your blog and have to admit that the pictures of Chenelle are much better looking than your iphone interface. Perhaps it is best that way.

Ok, so I've tried about 4-5 different variants of the HTC home plugin, 3 tab ones, the 6 tab one, ones with configuration tools, and just the regular 'straight from the touch' one and none of them will work on my iPAQ 110, which is really frustrating as its the one plugin I really want.
Basically I can install the cab just fine, and its in the registry under Today as it should be, but it DOES NOT show up in the today screen setting screen as a selectable today plugin, and even when I set the 'enabled' value to 1 in the registry it STILL does not show up on my today screen. I've even tried adding a HTC home tab to Ultimate Launch, because for some reason it show up as a selectable today plugin in Ultimate Launch's menus, but STILL it won't actually show up on my today screen
I'd be really grateful if someone could offer some tips or advice, or some alternative plugin that looks just the same (I've tried rlToday skins and they don't look anywhere near as good), I've no idea if there are even any iPAQ 110 users on this forum as its relatively new and most people don't buy just plain old 'no-phone' pocket pcs anymore, but I thought I'd ask anyway as I'm just plain pissed off about this plugin

You are right, it´s a beautiful, fast theme. I´m using it on a wizard and ist faster than many new devices (overclocked to 247, translated to german, thanks to Photoshop !!).
I dont speek french as well (and only broken english), but you just have to register to actu... . It isn´t difficult even for non french speakers ( the same procedure an on xda-devs.)
Altought Lepsyfou is very active on x-dev, I didn´t find his or cedzens or matt´s theme here either, they just share it on actua... and in french. There was a question for an english version, but it wasn´t answered till now (as far as i could read the thread).
Maybe Lepsyfou will share this themes here one day

This is great theme as well, bravo 2 the both of you. Of course his isnt in french which is alot easier. Both have beautiful graphics and menu transitions, if only the 2 would combine their minds and bless us with their wonderful work.

Hi everybody, as owner of the TC and lover of the manila 3d, I'm really interested on this topic. If I'm not wrong, the major problem of the porting is that M3D is made for vga screen. well, in this period htc should present "lolita" a qvga with m3d.

The HTC iolite/O2 XDA guide doesn't even have a GPU, so no 3D acceleration whatsoever

I know, but it's not an actual photo but a montage of a device photo and an inserted screen shot from another device.
1&1 in Germany makes the same with the HTC Touch 3G on their website, see here

It doesn't help repeating the same false info.
iolite (not lolita) has no GPU so no 3D acceleration whatsoever.

but there is an working beta-version of the qvga version on the net ?
i am using this version on my device und runs fast enough to use it (and it looks great !)....but it has a lot of bugs (e.g. it doesnt work with s2u2 - device performs softreset or cant be turned into suspendmode), i had to set the language to english, because manilla didnt find the german mui (but i got this bug in the 2d version, too) and finally the audiomanager doesnt work -_- (but i think these errors dont depend on the vga-problem ?)
But the graphics/animation (e.g. wether) are still smooth...
Hi guys, the tab eReader doesn't read books. What happens is that by including books, puts them in the list, but not open them. Green leaves a star, but without opening them. Why?

la risposta è NO, in quanto lo schemo montato sull'S200 è resistivo e tutto il software è stato creato per girare su qllo.
Quindi anche, nel remoto caso che tu riesca a trovare uno schemo della stessa grandezza di quello del cell, non concluderesti nulla...
l'unico WM 6.5 con capacitivo è HTC HD2.

Hi,i think it s not fully possible but maybe it will work at least if you try the one of s100 liquid.If you looked at my thread in the s200 general section you can see the proof that an s200 touch panel could work on s100,so maybe why the s100 one could not work on s200?The guy had the touch panel exchanged by acer untill the original s100 arrived...and said that everything work except for the answer key on the left

i guess the drivers arent working or something.single touch, then device crashed. i dont know a thing about patching drivers. the screen alignment also screwed up.... on second try, my device turns really really warm. scared. bailed out... attached the original screen back...
i still have the screen (which somehow fits "almost" perfectly on the face panel. selling it.

just wandering as to what ROM you are using, im sure i read somewhere that 6.5.3+ supports multi-touch and everything previously does not, just thought i would point that out as it may be helpful

on arto's sense 4.0.
also tried booting the newly compiled android by the russians. no go

its hardware limitation. having a capacitive ts does not mean you have capacitive controllers on board.
as far as i'm concern, its cASE closed. better hope the emulated multi touch sdk will be hacked into apps

You re right...maybe it s due to a controller incompatibility.The case that in acer s100 our f1 panel work,made me think that they share the same controller...but as you proved i was not right.So only the s100 controller support both capacitive and resistive touchscreen
