Artemis Unlock Reminder

I haven't heard anything about unlocking the P3300 lately...
So guys, this is a reminder!
Let's join forces to unlock this friggin machine!
I'm trying things myself, but it looks like I'm the only one...
(I could be wrong)
But after I've seen the P3600 unlock soft download link in the "Trinity" side
of the forum I went kinda crazy...
Dudez.. Let's ROCK and UNLOCK!!!! (plz)

any luck so far ? will a hard reset plus soft reset (to delete the T-Mobile soft) work ? Hope to hear from you.

Dudez... U can't just delete the simlock...
It's not possible by Hard-Resetting or Soft-Resetting...
U need to have a lot of experience with cracking/hacking to get the simlock off, but nowadays hackers/crackers became lazy...
I'm trying my best to study, but it takes a lot of time and I don't think I'm going to be able to research this within a few months. I'm not good enough.
But I'm doing my best...
How about you experts? Does the coffee taste good!?

I have JAFWM already... It does NOT support the unlocking of MDA Compact III

New XDA orbit
I have just recieved a new orbit as an upgrade handset from O2 about a week ago
since then I have put in it a vodaphone and a Tmobile sim in it and they both worked although it still had the o2 software on it
but I could make calls send text and recieve text to the phone

I dont know about policy in other countries, but I got here in scocotland (UK), sim unlocked O2Orbit as well, but be aware - Sim Unlocked orbit not always mean SuperCID - u have to pay 2 imeicheck to flash notO2 rom(2 make dev supercid)

Will it make the unlock procedure slightly different?

dont think (or I dare to say) that unlock procedure doesnt depend on OS version. Maybe on radio and bootloader - unlock Universal U have to use some special radio, SSPL is some part of bootloader if i remember.

need help please on htc device supercid
Hi i do the operation to unlock sim and cid a lot of times with herm_unlock_V3a and i can't restore my imei using jafwm restore (i bought the jafwm dongle), it always says me the same error "could not save data to sd card, your phone must be unlocked, your sd card must be empty". Thanks a lot for your help!

It's been a year now...

It would be realy usefull to be able to unlock my sim and give my phone to my son, any news on an unlocker. If not where/who is the best place to do it?

Download a lot o S*** and nothing work, can some point me to the right place and help me out.

You can try installing an english rom from here :

But I suggest that you have your original RUU from your carrier before in case you brick your phone.

The answer to your question is remarkably simple; a search thru the different forums would have answered your question. But we're not to lame the help you on your way
You can find all original RUU, including the WWE edition, in these forum and the wikipage. If you flash this WWE edition RUU version to you p3450 you have the english toy. Since your flashing, you might try the Touch-It version. The same OS but enhanced and slimmed down to make it more userfriendly.
One warning before you start flashing; make sure you have read enough to be sure you know what you're doingand you don't brick your phone.
If you have a "vendor-id" error; you will first have to unlock your CID lock. Chech the Mobile 6 subforum and look for a post by canonyang_China on how to flash without CID-unlock

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but couldnt he have flashed his original rom, used the aserg method and reflashed something like touch it in order to get it into english?

I do agree with u 100% although i did not have more patient and time to spend on this issue, please accept my appoligies for sure i made something wrong and did not work with my "old" toy, at the moment i have the new one, is working as it is suposted, i'm happy and move on.

Help with this (I hope!)

I am about to take delivery of my new X1. Now, my prob is I am British but live in The Netherlands. As this is from a Dutch provider it is safe to assume that it will be in Dutch. Now my question is I have downloaded and installed a multilanguage file and converted my Omnia i900 to English. Can I do the same for the X1? Or is an ml file just for the os windows 6.1? Therefore I can use the same one? Or must it be specific to the X1? Any help much appreciated.

you have to wait until they make super cid for the xperia it won't take a long time.
iam not good in dutch still but i can help you little i think as my wife is a dutch woman and my dutch is getting better

C'mon Criag! You live here and you don't wanna learn Dutch? Haha, how's that gonna help you with the ladies?
I don't think it's gonna be too much of a problem to operate the phone, most functions speak for themselves, some of the advanced settings will be harder to set, just ask someone to translate or use a good old Dutch to English dictionary!
If you're too lazy for that (like me, lol)... Just wait for the super CID and flash it with another ROM. Just be a little more patient. In the meantime enjoy the phone!

Nahh!!!! I would just like to feel comfortable around this phone as I am sure ypu understand. When I had to get into the settings of my i900 I was not confident in Dutch but fine once I had it in English.

I agree with you, and to be honest I'd like to have my X1 in English as well, since I hate the Dutch on the phone... It seems awkward.

In regard to your first post, it's possible to flash your X1 with another rom now!
I've done mine today (from T-Mobile NL) and I've flashed it with an unbranded UK rom. Check out the procedure here:

Well no insult to my Dutch friends...but this is all double Dutch to me!! So, I run the 3 parts of the RUU straight to my X1, then run the X1 hard spl also straight to it via Sync. Thats it or do I have to download and run all the files in here

Hello everybody, I understand there is no hardspl but just wandering
if anybody has successfully applied 'gold card' method [using QMAT software]
to change language on their HTC HD2. Infact as far as I know hardspl is needed only for cooked ROMs but if you want just to put an official ROM but in a different language I've been told you just need to follow the 'gold card' method and you don't need a hardspl [you loose your warranty though!]
Is this true and has anybody already successfully applied this method to HTC HD2???

It seams that .nbh signature can be extracted. Will ,please, someone with more experience in this tell us can we change our ROM-s (official or unofficial) using this, and if yes - how?

QMAT is 20 Euros, I am willing to pay it if it will do the job...

Already bought it.. It has some nice features.. And the full version, which includes support for LEO is to be released at the weekend i heard..
Will dig more into that, when it is released..

i also used a cmonex goldcard and it worked fine.

If all software authors would just quit as soon as a hack or crack appears then we would be out of programs to buy pretty soon...
Does MS stop developing new Windows versions even if they know their software will be used without all people paying for it? I think you get my point now...

Trust me ... normally I don't care about my program being cracked. But cracking even unreleased beta just for some yet "unknown" stuff .... this is crazy. They even don't care if this beta has some REAL bugs that will kill some phones. And those nerds using the cracked Software are spaming my email account saying I would have killed their phone or they want support even though they never donated ... this just sucks.
However, we are now going one step further and are now working with security professionals .. money I would have preferred to use for QMAT development ... and there is a lot we want to integrate. Another change will be the name : QMAT is going to be PSAS.

I bought a HD2 from duty free Paris without paying attention it has the french stock ROM
Is there anyway I can install a cab or anything helpful to switch the language to English ?

Since there's no Soft/Hard SPL for HD2 yet you won't be able to just flash a different language ROM.
What you could try in the mean time, is have a look here:

Unfortunately, this is a workaround only for Manila and not the entire OS. I really feel sad as I've read somewhere that cracking the SPL is becoming harder and harder and still not sure if it is going to happen anytime soon. I doubt that even HTC support will care.

Theres not much you can do then as im pretty sure the Roms language cant be changed without flashing a different Rom, which yo ucant do without HardSPL.
Hopefully HardSPL can be done soon but I havent heard much news on it for a while.

I know, we havent had any update recently, the reason why I am afraid that HSPL will not show up anytime soon. If only we can manage to get some good news from Olinex...

I'm from Belgium and if you are not to far away in Germany, I don't mind too to change it with yours!

i think they are just saying that you can install different apps like spb shell that will be in english... i dont think that they are refereeing to some kind of application that can translate the entire rom.
guess we have to wait for hardspl or until QMAT 5.07 and create a goldcard...

The windows mobile arabizer can translate all the OS menus to Arabic language.
I am not sure why such thing is not yet available for English users. The cab is like 5MBs.
