BY ACCIDENT i checked the setting where it already boots the phone at the overclocked speed... soo when it starts up, it will flash lines and crap all over the phonee.. how canm i get my phone to start back up normally soo i can change the speed slower.... ahh it had to happen now.. at 5am when i NEED my phone this morning.. someone please help me out.. im kinda a newbie at thiss.. helppp

hi, i sorta have the same problem ith my xda an it freezes i cant fix it but i can overcome it, if i tap my screen everytime the backligh goes off or every 30 seconds it seems to work so try that and let me know how it goes

So I Flashed my Wing to a new rom (Open Touch v2.7), and it was working fine for a couple of hours, than it started acting up (Freezing up). so I pulled the battery and let it sit for a while, a little while after, I went to turn it on, and IT WOULDNT BOOT UP AT ALL (stays dead, off)!! After hours of trying to get it to respond, it finally got into bootloader mode and I flashed it back to the Shipped T-mobile Rom, it was working fine for a minute but when I turned it off and went to turn it back on IT WONT BOOT UP AGAIN, It just stays Dead! It doesnt even respond to charging (Unless I somehow get into bootloader mode after hours)
As of right now im continously trying to do a hard resset but it just stays dead and just trying to get it to start up at all, does anyone kno what the problem is Please?!

My Herald got the exact same problem after only 2 months of usage and back then it was still running WM5 stock ROM. I mailed the store I bought it from and got a replacement battery, that solved the problem.

If that is the case, no I don´t think it will help you.
If I read your post right it won´t charge but the chargelight will light up if you get it into bootloader? (tinking about this passage)

Have you checked the batteryconnectors? They may be stuck and not quite touching the battery and when you try to hard reset the phone flexes a bit and suddenly you´ve got a connection. Also try and clean the small metal contact surfaces on the battery. As little as a fingerprint may result in a bad connection with the battery.
At least you flashed it back to stock-if it's still under warrenty and the tricks above don't work-send it in for replacement =)

OK it is my first post correct if im in the wrong section, and this is a tad long...
SO, it turns out that it did a softreset via the soft-softreset button/app and I left it in my bag just as usual to let the phone do the boot work itself.
But this time, I forgot to check out my phone if it has done the booting but went strate to work on something important and left my phone in my bag.
3 hours later, I sorta finished my work and just went to check out my phone and found it was stuck at the end of the boot animation/unable to load splash, and started to heat up to some extreme heat which is about 50 degrees Celcius.
So can anyone kindly explain to me why this is happening?
and also anything think this is gonna harm my lovely HD2?

I would take the battery out for a while, let the phone sit with no power for half an hour, reinsert the battery and do a hard reset. (dont let it boot, go straight to hard reset)
This time watch it instal, see what happens and report back.

First of all i have found a lot of people having this common problem: like d'odders, matin_sb, and me, there are more out there trust me...
so my problem first came after waking up wanted to call someone the dial freezes, turnd of the phone and then turn it back on the phone worked.Then wanted to call again the phone completele freezed and nothing worked anymore removed the battary the phone only went to a blank black screen where it just stays like that nothing happens.so left the phone for 3hours then came back the phone worked but laging a lot with bad signal.so i used SEUS factory reset and the phone turn on normaly but with no signal just one bar or non. so sent it to repear they fixed my signal problem but after that the softwear eather works or just goes to the blank screen again and does not work only after 3 or 6 hours but laging a lot..i tried rooting it worked from last ni8 till the morning i turnd the phone of coz its so hot tried to turn it back on the blank screen again.im trying to flash it but not working anymore becase of root i guess.i practecly tried everything i knw from rooting to SEUS to any idea it works after the 6hour wait but it gets back to the same blank screen and sometimes it may gave and error saying: "processer system is not responding"... that is for me

am facing strange problem while rooting,
I successfully finished step1 of rooting process, removed the USB cable and then battery,
now the phone is not starting at all when i press the power button i just a short Green LED blink and thats it the screen is totally blank not allowing me to do any thing.
Bythe way my debug option was enabled before starting the root process which could be the causeeeeee....

i took the libreity of posting what i found the similer problem so that all of u can knw what is going on and try to help us we all tried SEUS...
we can do step one over and over but we will always have the blank screen.
please give us ur extream thinking not just send it to repear or to get another one for me i have no warenty so it will cost i want to keep this the last thing to do....

another question i have disassembled my phone and sow there is a smal battary like in computer mother bords but could not remove it anyone knw how? since at some points in motherbords when a pc have problems all it takes is to remove the small battary in it for five min and everything gets rested is that possible with the X10? please if anyone can reply help please...thank you

First, I have had the phone vibrate without it turning on. Wait a minute. If it still doesn't turn on hold the power button until the screen starts flashing.
As for the poor connection and blank screen, what apps are you running? Are you using a task killer? Was your phone doing this with no apps installed?
I don't know what that error means but did you follow the instructions perfectly? Are you using the right tools for your pc?
Have any of you tried using the x10 flash unbrick tool? I was able to recover my phone from any problems with that tool...

i tried to hold on the power button nth happens...
i used advance task killer the common one its good for a month b4 my phone went nuts( i woke up one day wnted to make a call the phone froze and that was it ....)
i followed the instructions perfectly...
i will search and see if i can find this flash unbrick tool and see what happens and rply back... thank you for helping out !!!!

ok... my phone randomly freezes and reboots it usually freezes when I multitask on it!.. and it just stays there.. like a screenshot! then it gets super super hot! I have to pull out the battery(no hard buttons work) and wait till it cools off! then restart it! and when i turn on my mobile Internet it Freezes! I had 2.2 froyo before and I thought it was the build mistake and now when I have the Gingerbread it still does the SAME thing!. I looked and looked for many days to find a solution for this but I didnt find anything who could fix it!.. so PLEASE somebody PLEASE help me!.. I cannot access the internet! and I am very very scared that I dont brick my phone my pulling out my battery all the time!..
