i have a 12 key dual and tried to reset by holding down the green, red button and reset buttons. it asks me to press enter but unlike the 16 key version, my keypad doesnt have an enter button. so what button do i press?

2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons when Hard Reset message appears, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the hard reset.

To do a hard reset.
Press both soft keys and insert stylus into soft reset button and press.
Release the soft reset button and keep pressing the soft keys.
When the "This operation will delete all your personal data, to manufacturer default" appears on screen.
Press Green call button to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
The bootloader is invoked by pressing down the Power and Voicedialer buttons simultaneously, and using the stylus at the same time to press the RESET button at the left side. Continue pressing the two buttons for a few seconds after pressing and releasing the reset button until the bootloader screen appears.

Softresetbutton is the small hole on the left side of your device. On the top on the left side youve got voice command, under this the volume and down at the botton youve got the softresetbutton.
take the stylus to use it.

Need serious help.
I ****ed upp , i think manila files wont load properly so now after pin number login my screen is blank(just backround pic).. No acces to menues. Is there a way to do a factory reset whitout using standars menus buttons?
steps to hard reset:
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see this message on the screen:
"This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to the manufacturer default settings. Press VolUp to restore manufacturer defaults, or press other keys to cancel."
3. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
4. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
