Hi Guys.
I have a weird problem and i need somebody to please help me asap.
The problem is when I am accessing net. Here are a few cases when i click a hyperlink and see this error
Case1: When I am in RSS info feed, after the news i see "read more online" when I click this i get an error:
" There is no application associated with "XXXX". Run the application first , then open this file from within the application
Case 2: Running windows live Search from the home page. When i search something. it gives me the same error again:
" There is no application associated with "XXXX". Run the application first , then open this file from within the application
So the problem is accessing hyperlinks from any application. When i am surfing net using internet explorer, there is no issue.
But when i try a hyperlink through some other application live live search or Info feed, it gives me this error.
Please help me guys
Thanks in advance
regards
Rajeev

Hallo!
I have received SMS attachment for identification of the names, but unfortunately I can not open it in my Pocket PC’device. I always receive information: there is no application associated with “000Setup”… Run the application first, than open this file from within the application. So, which application should I open first? Is there anybody who could help me?
Tanks!
Mark
Hello Mark.
You're looking for the programm to show the Names at incoming SMS?
You'll find the Software at the Paragon Website (Link somewhere in the forum). It's called SMS_Name.
There is also a instruction how to install the programm on your XDA.
Just search for it.
I've I missunderstood you, i hope someone could help you....
Regards
Stefan

Hello there,
Is there anybody can provide an advice on how to remove this shortcut from main program interface (please refer attachment). For your information, i already removed that application from "remove program" system, plus wipe out the name of that program from registry via find features but it still appear in the main program interface.Your help is highly appreciated. Thank you.
File Explorer or 3rd party explorer
Through built in "File Explorer" go to \windows\Start Menu\Programs. There you will find the short cut to ur program, just delete it.

a very good advice would be to start reading the WIKI =)
when I try to attach files to my email message (through IE), browsing on my Blackstone start looking for "all maps / all file types". It doesnt work anymore and it never comes back! So, only reset can help.
Is there any solution how to solve this problem (registry??)?
thank you
My phone is rooted and I've set "install_non_market_apps" to 1 in my settings.db, however I still can't open applications if they're email attachments. I get the following error:
"Your phone is not authorized to open attached android applications. Please contact your service provider."
I'm assuming there must be another DB setting for this somewhere. Has anybody found this?
I tried searching the forums but didn't find anything...
Thanks in advance!
Moving to General. Not development related. In the future, only topics directly related to Android development for the HTC Aria should be posted in the development forum.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks.
Has anybody else run into this issue and/or found a solution?
Have you tried going to your email through the actual web browser and not the Gmail app? If its a. Apk file you should be able to save it from the browser and install it via an app installer.
