Can anyone try to send a 5-10 MB file over bluetooth from your pc to your xda star?
please let it transfer completely. should take 1-3 minutes.

I currently operate a O2 XDA 2 Mini with a Plantronics M3000 bluetooth headset which works very well until every 5 minutes (max setting) when the battery power saving "sleep" mode cuts in, I lose one half (my half of the connection). I can still hear the other party calling ....are you there? ... are you there .. etc etc. When I touch the RHside On button, full duplex contact is restored for another 5 minutes. A very bloody annoying issue. Any solutions ????
Yep i have the same issue, so do three other friends. Anyone got a solution, as this is most annoying!

Usage: Load this file into your mini after download, apply this cab file which would create a plugin on your today screen. After this "patch", in most cases, your bt conversation should not dropped while on sleep/standby mode.
From what I understand, the lastest rom is already at o2 hong kong and scheduled for release onto the o2 website soon. if not :evil: :evil:

everytime when i connect my device to active sync via bluetooth, it gets connected, syncs but then some minutes later the device gets disconnected.
is this a feature to save the battery or a bug? how can i disable it?
and i have an other question: with the standard AKU2 the prophet's bluetooth driver has less functions than my old nokia phone. is there any way to update the bluetooth-driver without flashing the whole rom?

nothing is preset so . i too have the same problem . i later found out that its not due to time . its due to the load u pass through the device. if u send big or heavy files it ill get disconnected. try and say if it is true .and make sure u are under the range of BT . and if u want to cover long distance via bluetooth buy a 3.0v device .if ur phone is ideal also some files are been transfered if u have any program that works behind..............
as far as i know bluetooth 2 should be the fastest but thats not the case on my jamin
sending files is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too slow, it takes around 5 min to send a 1 mb file!
i tried sending for nokia devices and motorola devices and still the same sluggishness..
is there some way to fix this?

i coupled my x1 with my notebook, so that i can send files without giving the permission for every file. my old c902 saved every coupled device in the bluetooth device list. but my x1 does not is that normal for windows mobiles devices?
and another question to bluetooth. in my x1 its not possible so mark and send more than 1 file via bluetooth at once. i've got to sende every file single. even a SE K750 can mark and send more than 1 file. any solutions?

right man but i can't send the bulk via bluetooth and that's what i actually want to do...
Whenever I try to send or receive files using nearby share, it makes my Bluetooth turn off and on again and again. And I can't share any files with my device.
