[Q] MMS settings non-existent on DVP?

Hi guys,
I love Windows Phone on my DVP but don't know where to set my MMS settings. Mobilicity doesn't get setup automatically when I pop the sim in like Rogers does. Anyone know where I can enter the mms settings because I'm on a great plan with North American unlimited MMS.
P.S. This is why I fall back to Windows mobile on my HTC Snap and all how all its bell and whistles were built in.
Devices:
--------
Dell Venue Pro on Mobilicity friends and family
Blackberry 9300 on Rogers
HTC Maple/Snap Backup as a hotstpot backup for Rogers or Mobilicity

Settings -> Cellular -> Add APN
Or Dial ##634# and click mms settings if you must
