My SVP M600 phone got stuck at Starting screen

Hi Friends,
My new mobile phone SPV M600 got stuck whil starting showing four lines of messages as shown below.
IPL 2.10.0001
SPL 2.10.0001
GSM 02.07.20
OS 2.10.1.22
Can any one please help me in geting my phone to today's screen.
I also attached the screen shot for reference.

did you try a hard reset ?

Ya I tried both hard as well as soft reset but same screen is stuck again and agian.Can any one please help me in this regard as I am very new to PDA family.

Ok, first things first:
Since you are new to this, are you sure you preformed a hard reset?
It is done by holding power + camera + comm manager buttons (one on the right, two on the left) and pressing with stylus in the reset hole at the same time.
A message should appear asking you to press 'send' (green phone button) to confirm reset.
If this does not help, you may have a serious problem.
Please answer the following:
Is the device fully charged?
Phone will fail to boot if the battery is too low.
Did you install any software right before this happened?
This should have been resolved by hard reset, but just in case I am asking.
Did you change the ROM, attempted CID / SIM unlock?
This could require more serious measures than I can advise on.

I did exactly the same thing which you mentioned.But even then it is stuck at the same screen.
Ya u r right I unlocked my mobile using a software from eBay.The unlock was successfull and I tried to insert T-Mobile sim, it also captured the signal and I was able to make and recieve calls then after that I wantedly switched off the phone and then tried to start it, there got the problem.

Can any one help me in this regard please.

I am having the same problem, but my phone is not sim-locked.

I've got the same problem after attempting smart1_wm6_pp8mb.exe
I'm having the same problem with my G4 QTEK S200:
Attempted to upgrade to WM6 Rom using smart1_wm6_pp8mb.exe
After reboot the phone got stuck at the QTEK Screen
Tried Hard Reset (Camera+Power+Comm+Reset) followed the steps with the same results (bricked)
I also tried re-flashing the rom back to the factory one using RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship and ROMUpdateUtility-NoVendorID.exe in Windows Vista with WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center v. 6.0.6873) and the phone in boot loader mode (tri color screen) with working USB cable, with windows firewall disabled and symantec AV disabled as well, RUU keeps saying error 260 "the update utilitiy cannot connect to your pda phone..." .
Do you think I should try this process using XP instead? No matter what i try i keep getting the error 260
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Got it fixed!
it was definately a Vista issue. once i tried it in XP with ActiveSync it worked like a charm and i got my phone back up and running. also used spb backup and restored all my settings.

i got the same problem with new rom wm6, and the 260 eror, my problem is that i have xp and the activesync does`t connect ...
... means i cant redo the original rom ????

I raised the same issue 7 months back after that my phone got recovered automatically and there were no issues till last month. Last month onwards it is again got the same problem and now it is permenantly stuck at that screen what ever you do.

A rom reinstall on xp solved my problems on that one. retry a couple of times! It may not work the first time! hard reset as well...
Try an official wm5 rom just in case

mine is now also stuck, after trying to install new rom. wont connect to active sync either, have i fooked it? tried hard reset etc.

then flash provider ROM
RECOVERING FROM ERROR IN STEP 8 WM5->WM6
1. Don't panic
2. Don't panic
3. Unplug the phone
4. Reset with stylus,and keep the Camera Button pressed.
5. A 3 color screen will appear(Bootloader Screen)
6. Connect your device with your PC,and run the NVID(no vendor) WM5 rom.
7. The device will be resetted after RUU(rom update utility)finishes
8. Repeat the WM6 upgrade,from STEP 5..

To mention my phone is from orange-UK. I got the orange rom from our FTP site and did the flashing/update what ever you say.But still it is getting stuck at the same IPL/SPL screen. Iam very much worried that I will not get a proper solution for my problem.It will be very grate full if some one resolve my problem.

just seems strange...how did you fix it last time? did it just start working again? A random guess would be that the camera button got liquid spilled on it or is stuck in.
If the camera button is pressed in the phone will go to 3 colour screen every time it is turned on.
It won't do any harm if you try to press/move that button to see if u can "unstick" it, not likely I think but u never know...

i have an htc p 3300, actually used to have... becasuse;
i have tried to upgrade to wm 6.0... no problem seems to appear for the first two days... but then, suddenly screen gone black... i have tired to reboot it but no way... i took the battery away for a while... then it worked... i downgraded to 5.0... but the same problem still exists... now the situation is; if i remove battery for a while, it works; both in bootloader, and normal wm 5.0... i uspl it, flash new rom... but the common things such as 260-270 errors etc... a few times i succeeded to flash new rom... it worked again.. but then screen goes black as if it was broken... it is freezing and getting fade to black...
any body could help me???? i've been working for 3 months.... i bought a new kaiser plus a new iphone... but i miss my arteMISS

hate to say it but in this situation I'm inclined to think that it is a hardware issue.
Sorry you have this issue. I have a service manual for my Wizard/Prodigy.
There may be a way for you to put your ppc into bootloader by using the buttons, and then reflash the rom.
I once had a malfunction flashing the rom and that fixed it. on mine it was [Camera +Reset+release camera] i don't know if that might work, but it is worth a try to put your phone into bootloader first. also, you should remove the battery and hold the power button for a few to make sure that the ram is completely wiped. Flash the official rom and see if that worx.

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

the screen is freeze with the Windows 6.5 Logo, and thats it!!!!
what can i do for do a hard reset?????? (i already do that thing, power it on, and then push the 2 soft buttons, and didn't work!),

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

Stuck on WM load and can't flash.

Hi all,
i have a problem with one device here - Orbit II.
It is stuck on booting WM with volume controls on the screen. Usually it's not a big deal and can be solver with HR or by flashing a new rom, but the problem is that i cannot get it to do a HR: white screen with warning appears but when i press send buttong(the green one) - nothing happens, it doesn't react at all.
Ok, i was thinking to flash it, but another problem appeared: i can't enter bootloader(2 softbuttons+reset), same procedure works fine on my own device but this one just reboots and no bootloader...
I'm kinda out of options now.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the answer but i as said in first post, i have tried this, the white screen with the warning appears but pressing Send button does nothing, device does not react to this, so hard reset doesn't happen.
If someone could point to me any other way to enter bootloader - i can work my way from there.
I have also tried MTTY but USB connection doesn't appear in the list(yes, i have killed the activesync processes).

And also what rom have you got on atm.

It is stuck on 4th wimo load screen.
I have no idea about the actual WN version as it's not my device, but i assume it's the original O2 rom since there is still O2 splash screen.

o well then i take its not hard-spl'd in which case i really do not get it, i have got into bootloader at the radio version screen so i dont get this one?? Is it still covered by o2 warrenty, it is 2 yrs long so best bet go to them and see what they say...
Thats if it has no hard-spl... If not take the battery out for a day and see if that brings it back to life, stranger things have happened seen that solve quite a few problems.

Well, device is not mine, a friend asked to look at it. I don't think he got a warranty left.
Well, the thing is, its not a big deal realy, it's not bricked or anything, i just need to get into bootloader, from there i can flash hardspl and the rest from SD... i just haven't seen this thing before... unable to enter the bootloader.

Is there any way to force the device to enter bootloader? I mean other than the standart procedures of Camera+reset?
I think i've seen somewhere a CustomRUU that could do that, even with incomplete WM boot. Like send some commands to the device to enter bootloader.
Does anyone know anything like this?

white HTC boot screen after ANDROID -> no reaction whatsoever

Hi XDA Devs,
I've managed to break my HD2.
I was in ANDROID and shut down the phone over A. since then:
It's stuck on the white boot screen with the HTC logo (without any numbers in the left low corner).
No usb connection, no further sign of hope.
Hard reset, battery out -> nothing seems to help.
Do you got an idea how to get my HD2 working?

HD2 was running on:
2.10 radio (Vodafone Germany)
Artemis 24

Get into the bootloader mode ! do a task 29 format ..once it is completed again get into the bootloader mode and then flash the rom u were using ! cheers

I've managed to get into the bootloader mode and perform task 29.
Right now I'm tryin to upload artemis 24 to my phone but its either stuck at 0% or somewhere between 35%-60%. never came further than that AND it always takes awefully long!
EDIT: now its always 0%. I'm flashing with SSPL_RUU.exe
Do you got an idea how I'm able to fix that?

ok ..do one thing ..enter bootloader ..perform task 29 again ...then again bootloader ...change ur radio to 2.07.50. ...u will find this radio in the energy rom thread ..once u have flashed the radio ...enter bootloader again and flash the latest energy rom .:. forget abt the artemis rom for now ..do this and then tell me

My HTC HD2 is not reacting when i touch the screen!!
Hi.... I have an HTC HD2... i have 3 months since i bought it... ever since the phone was working awsome... but like 3 weeks ago the phone started working really slow.. so i decided to do a factory reset to solve the problem... after the phone was rebooted it worked about 10 min perfectly fine.. then it locked as it usually dose (when its not in use).. but when i tried to unlock the phone,the screen was not reacting.. the problem is NOT that the screen dose not display.. the problem is that when i pass my finger throgh the screen to unlock,it dosnt work.. its like freezing... i tried to upgrade the ROM but it still gives me the same problem!!!
Is there a way i can fix this problem??? if there is i would really apreciate youre help!!! Thanks...
