Loose Slider - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

Hey guys
I just got a second-hand HTC Wizard from one of my uncle's in Holland which I've totally reformatted and upgraded but I just noticed that the slider is loose when it's closed. It won't slide open by itself or with little force but it just feels wobbly. Anybody had a similar experience and has a solution for this?

O2 EXEC - Screen A little wobbily

Hi
I have a very much loved o2 xda exec, however when you have it in 'laptop' mode so to speak - the screen part of it wobbles if you move it, it looks like it's something to do with the swivel part between the screen and the unit, currently it's not too bad enough to make me think it's not right - It used to be tight and not do this.
So I was wondering is there an easy way to fix this? I would hope that it is just a screw inside that needs tightening??
It would be great if anyone could help out a fellow xda user
Thanks
turn the screen through 90 degrees. Look down on the hinge and on the left hand side you will see a tiny screw. Tighten this, if necessary, add a little locktite to the thread.
thanks this solved my problem also.

Tmobile Wing Slide keyboard problem

Hi
I just got my Tmobile Wing as a replacement for my Dopod D810 (Trinity), it's lovely and the battery life is great! However, I'm just wondering if it's just me or all the Herald variants, I'm quite annoyed but its semi-automatic spring driven keyboard and looks like mine wiggles a bit and slightly elevated on the keyboard itself (when not slided out), i found it too annoying when i tap my fingers on the screen like when i'm using Phonepad and i can barely feel it wiggles and it knocks the front panel housing (i don't what should be the term) to the keyboard panel.
Any one with the same case?
I would be very thankful if you happen to know any fix and post it here.
Thanks!

Ah! My Wizard is Dying!

So I've had my Cingular 8125 for 2 years now...
Just lately it's been dying out, some of the keys are hard to press and now the screen is discolored and fades out white sometimes, and the most recent problem is that I can't really hear phone calls unless the phone has the slider open.
I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered these problems and has a fix? I was thinking it may be the flex ribbon...
Any input is greatly appreciated!
hy
i don't know if this helps u , but i have seen on youtube a video on how to fix the ribbon or smth like that. i think the guy from there had a simillar problem with yours. i watched the video 2 years ago so i might be wrong.

[Q] Vibration broken?

Hi,
I have a HD2 since november last year and so does a friend of mine. Today I tried to fix something for him on his HD2 and I noticed that his vibration is alot more noticeable, more a bouncy vribration instead of just vibration. My HD2 only vibrates a little.
Has anyone else expierienced this 'bug'? And is it fixeable?
- Rob
check whether the LED flasher is little bit inside the housing
if yes then remove the housine and fix it
