Is it possible to uninstall it without hard-resetting the device ? Because i can't use my GPRS connection while it is installed. I'd also want to give a try to toshiba or widcomm drivers if they could work on MDA Compact.
BTW, is there any BT scanner proggy with logging funcionality ? (it should scan every ~ 30 secs for devices in range and make log of their MAC, type, name etc)
Thanks
bluesoleil nicely uninstalls with standard "settings\system\remove programs".
and about gprs... it should work as usually if you manually remove network card (btnic) that bluesoleil installs (delete some registry keys).
strange, but for me gprs works excelent even with this btnic.
Any ideas on the Toshiba stack? I installed it, but now not even my normal BT works after a hard reset
unistall
I think that you mean the unistall error, which occurs when you try to unistall the stack, i did that yesterday and all you need to do, is rename the BTMUSB.dll to something else, than uninstall and rename it to its original name, that should do the trick
uninstalling bluesoleil
Please help me removing bluesoleil in my add/remove prog folder...
am so clueless about this. thanks.
I want to use my Magician as a wireless modem over bluetooth with my laptop, but it isn't working... Now I use both windows and bluesoleil stack on my device.
With windows stack I try to use Wireless Modem utility, but without success (I can't see DUN profile on my device with laptop)... In a bluesoleil stack I was trying to select different COM ports in DUN preferences but without success too...
What can I do with this trouble?
P.S. Sorry for my bad english.
Did you use the A2DP extension patch for your MS Stack? If so, the Modem isn't available there. You need the original stack for the modem to work.
Yes. I'm using it.
I'll try to restore original state (but I feel it's a bit problematic...)
Yes. The only one solution to restore original stack was a hard reset. For now DUN is working correctly. Many thanx.
Are there anybody can help me.
I Have a VX6700 and the bluetooth can't accept any file or send any file

Hi!
I've googled all day long to find a working tutorial to install the Microsoft bluetoot stack in Vista. I've tried everything but nothing helped. I try to write a bluetooth application to communicate with my pda. It's absolutely necessary to install the MS bluetooth stack so please help me!
Thanks!
i believed it was nativly a part of vista it sure is on my hp laptop
on my thinkpad there's the broadcom but i want to use the ms stack. there are possibilities to change that but i don't exactly know how that works! the problem also is that i can't really chose the driver i want to because the auto installation can't be aborted!
i want to write an application with the 32feet library and i have problems with the communication between the pda and the laptop and i think that it is caused by the wrong stack!
Does nobody have an idea?
