Align screen every boot - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

Hi,
I've done an upgrade to WM6 and everything is working normally.
The only thing is that í have to align every time a reboot or boot the wizard.
Does someone of you have an idea what this could be and how i can fix this?
Tnx for the help!!

Check if you have a shortcut to the alignment executable in Startup folder

Tnx didn't thought about that i've deleted the welcome shortcut and now it's gone!
Tnx!!

Im sure this question has been answered elsewere but i cant find it!
Is there any way of re choosing whether or not you want the o2 ui without a hard reset?
Thanks
Paul.
Start Menu
Programs
Install Type (Has 02 logo)
Now I have a question, how do you stop the V2R O2 Active nag screen when you do a soft reset?
Jonathan
Fantstic, thanks very much. No idea about you question! sorry!
its quite a bit quicker without the o2 stuff.
If you go to File Explorer then Windows>Start up
Delete the O2 Active file in there and it should stop the nagging message, worked for me anyway
Nag screen is now gone.
Thanks
What does the O2 connect.exe app do ?

Would it not be better to just rename the file, or does it get replaced when you run the InstallType App again?
if its in the startup folder, it dosent matter what its called it'lll still run, removing it will stop it from running on startup.

see if this will help you.
Also to disable calibration you should create a file named "welcome.not" (without quotes) in the root directory of your storage card. This will skip the whole "welcome" process and may cause Extended_ROM programs not to be installed. (credit: mamaich)
Hope this helps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi clark97
That's wierd because normally if you delete a file in the ROM you just soft reset and it appears back.
Cheers
andrew-in-woking
Cheers , read in another post its because I installed tom tom 7.450 which overwrote it, for some reason a soft reset isn't enough and you need to either recopy or hard reset.
Thanks for reply
Clark
did you get your bluetooth working again? i have the same problem, Tomtom has killed it! Hard reset seems to be the only way to get it back on....
BTTrayCE.exe you will find this file in the \windows\ folder and a link in
autostart(i have delete it, i dont need everytime bluetooth on,
i have a link in the programm folder),
B2T.
when TT overwrite it, normally you can delete it(with TC or Resco)
after a Softreset you have the original BTTrayCE.exe back...

I had the same problem myself but found the answer on this forum:
TOMTOM places a new BT dlls under the windows folder that I had to remove:
\Windows\BtSdkCE30.dll
\Windows\BtCoreIf.dll
You can either ename them or remove them and then soft restart your Touch Pro 2 and everything will go back to normal.

I personally renamed them, being slightly nervous about deleting files in the Windows folder: still, it worked for me and evidently this fellow on the HTCForums website

Thx a lot !
Lost my BTTrayCe.exe (in fact, not that lost, rather the phone told me : "BTTrayCe.exe is not a valid WM application") after installing TT7.
After renaming the file all came back to normal.
So once again : thank you !
Thank you, that solved my father's problem
Problem solved.
Hi,
I had the same problem after installing TT7.
After renaming the two .dll files all was fixed after a soft reset.
Thanks you guys for your great advise and work.
With regards,
San

Problem Lockscreen -HTC HD2

Hello to everyone
I have a device HTC HD2 installed by a program to change the shape of the lock did not I like and delete the program and become a problem for me, did not return a default lock
The default form of lock
This form of the lock after the problem
Thank you
what about cookies home tab?
must have for sense-users
does already include a lockscreen.
DN41
The problem is not of cookies home tab
Is There a Solution?
hai
the lockscreen u have now was the standard lockscreen for winmo 6.1 and earlier...
just install another new lockscreen will fix it, if u search u will find the standard wm 6.5 lockscreen too around here
EDIT: btw, the problem is because the lockscreen u installed has overwritten the original lockscreen files. when u uninstall the lockscren files then, u will loose the whole lockscreen and it will set it back to the standard one from 6.1...
i didnt mean that the problem is caused by cht..
i mean, that the problem could be solved by cht, cause it includes 3 different lockscreens.
DN41
I tried many have failed any way

as much as i know the cht lockscreen lies over the system lockscreen.. thats why u have to disable the system lockscreen first before enabling cht lockscreen or u have a double lock^.^ probably this changed with the last version of cht, not using sense anymore >.<!
to the OP:
search a default lockscreen cab on the forums, i bet u find something, this will fix ur problem i think
EDIT: did the work for u go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=678628 and download the "original lockscreen", install it and tell us again if it worked
what was the name of the locksreen you installed/didn't like/uninstalled?

that should have solved the problem Oo
how did u delete the other lockscreen? deinstalled it or just deleted?
probably install it again, just to see if thats working
Installation is naturally been the deletion of the application to delete programs
Then it became a problem was to reinstall the program itself did not solve the problem
maybe try starting from the very beginning, in step-by-step manner:
1. Install the Livven Lockscreen
2. soft reset
3. Uninstall the Livven Lockscreen
4. soft reset
5. install the original locksreen
6. soft reset
if this does not work I'm out of ideas :-(

,
I feel your pain, good luck,
to avoid such misfortune in the future, consider investing in good backup app (SPB, Sprite or Resco Backup), it's much easier and faster way to restore the whole system when something goes wrong
