I tried to get into bootlogger mode with what I read from the forums but it doesn't seem to be working
is there another way?

Please help!
Hi
Did you do a hard reset

I searched to see if I could find an answer but there weren't any posts that could specifically help me. I only found one post but it wasn't clear.
My phone was working fine in the morning but when I checked on it after class it wouldn't wake up but light was still blinking. I thought a simple soft reset would unfreeze it but nothing. After removing the battery to get it to power off it won't turn back on. A guy posted this same problem in one of the threads and there was a mention of the battery but it was vague. When I try to charge it, there are no indicator lights. With the battery out, the red indicator light is on.
Can someone help me find out whats wrong and if I can fix it myself. Is it the battery or the phone? Thanks in advance

Hi
First, I notice you have not tried a hard reset. This will in all probability fix your problems, but you will loose any data of your own that you have saved on the device. (hope you have a fullbackup!!)
Before doing the hard reset it may be worth running through the steps here http://michael-channon.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!4472423472DCFC38!202.entry for the refusal to charge issue. You see I am not sure whether your device is not turning on because it has insufficient power or whether it has a major "crash". Hermes does have a problem for some folks when it reaches very low charge of not being able to staret charging. This though is normally indicated by a RED LED showing when charger is plugged in (clearly yours only does this with battery out - which is normal) Somehow you need to get that Amber LED showing. Repeat the charging solution a few times - it does not always work straight off.
When all else fails - hard reset.
Mike
nothing working yet
Hard reset isn't working. Is the menu supposed to come up even if theres no battery? Tried hard reset with and without the battery, but nothing pops up. Your charging solution hasn't worked yet but I'll keep trying. Any other things I can try? Thanks for the help mike.
It worked for me: Remove battery and plug it to AC during 5 minutes. Then insert the battery and soft reset. My TynT came back life in this way
'Dead device won't charge (solution provided)'
This isn't for your model I don't think, but the "won't charge" problem (and hence solution) sound similar. It worked for me on a dead SPV M3000 (HTC Wizard, iMate etc) (and was I grateful!!)

i tried to load, to connect with pc .... nothing..
i had some problame your battery must be really low. Have you tired charging it for a while then turning it on. i had to put my into rom mode (multicolur screen) let it charge via laptop for a while then charged again via plugpoint and it worked again.

Hello all!
So I have a qtek 9100 and tried to flash with "ruu_prodigy_226102_22610105_022511_tmous_wwe_ship.exe", the installer started, the wizard was showing me the white screen and progress bar, sudently I get an eror message from pc, and guided to repair the erors. Meanwhile my phone gone off, and now it does not want to open, i tried hard reset, but seems nothing is bringing it back to life. I measured the battery and my voltmeter shows 3.8V, so i guess the battery is ok. I tried removing the battery and putting it back on but it doesn't turn on.If plug it in the wall charger, it doesn't lite up the charging led.
I'm kind of swetting...what can I do now?
try to take the battery off and wait in 10 minutes before you place it in.. try to on it after that.. that might help.. have heard it has helped many here in this forum.. either your bricked it or not.. 10 minutes will or might show..
Thanks for the quick answer, i'm waiting now to see if it works.
Any other tips are welcome.
no...no result...it still doesn't go on
Is there no way to Jtag one of these phones?
Sorry...what "Jtag" means?
Is there any chance that when i tried to flash my ROM to burn my battery?
I've got a bog standard O2 XDA Exec (Universal) which I haven't used for ages, so I got it out, connected it to the pc to charge it and nothing happened.
I thought it might be the battery so I bought a new one and the same thing happened, so I bought an external charger, charged the battery and tried again, and it still won't switch on.
I've tried a hard reset, and get the press 0 or press X screen but nothing appears to happen!
I can get it into bootloader mode where it says 'serial' at the top of the screen and 'v 1.00' at the bottom.
Is there anything else I need to do to get it to switch on?
Many thanks in advance,
Neil
You may look into the sticky guide, good luck
If you can get into bootloader mode, have you tried reflashing?
