I have a few apps installed at this time and I want to create today shortcuts and/or sytem tray shortcuts for system settings such as "Device Lock, Bluetooth", and "Wi-Fi". Do executables exist on my device for each of these? If so, any help in naming and locating these files would be appreciated!

i have hard reset my O2 Mini and when it wanted to auto run the install files i stopped it.
i saw i have alot of free memory without all those programs it installs without me asking (pdf viewer, ptt, o2 connect...)
i was wondering if there are any necessary cabs in the extended rom i should manually run that include fix's for some bugs...
i have the 1.11 rom.

guys, been searching the forum, but could not find a solution.
tried the UNO version and K's easy install cab, but I keep getting the following error, when trying to launch the cube by sliding my finger from bottom to top: "error: Unable to open URL: /Program Files/SCLPF/Version 1-00.swf"
edited the touchflo config - so it finds the flashlite to "/Windows/saplaywm.exe"
so that seems to be ok.
I use a german rom, so maybe it's the folder structure?
I would be really happy to receive a hint by someone in the know.

saplaywm.exe should be pointed to your directory in program files/ flashlite something like that.

Do you mean saplaywm.exe should reside in the Windows directory?
I think it must be something different, I just copied the "saplaywm.exe" to that respective dir - to no avail.
Everytime I slide my finger from bottom to top, to start the cube, it keeps asking for the "Version 1-00.swf".
Any other ideas?

Change Version 1-00.swf to StartMusic.swf. You're using someone elses cab which is why have you have this basic problem. You might want to use my cab instead next time.

Is there anybody can provide an advice on how to remove this shortcut from main program interface (please refer attachment). For your information, i already removed that application from "remove program" system, plus wipe out the name of that program from registry via find features but it still appear in the main program interface.Your help is highly appreciated. File Explorer or 3rd party explorer
Through built in "File Explorer" go to \windows\Start Menu\Programs. There you will find the short cut to ur program, just delete it.

Hello to all,
QuickGPS updates via WLAN work fine for me (Michyprima's ROM WM6.1 v3.5), however I always have to open the program via its icon in the settings menu which does take some time.
Is there any way to create a link for it on the Today screen?
Any help is appreciated
In the programs options, you can have it give a notification in your calendar when it expires and that brings up the program if you click it from the today screen.

On my stock 7501 it is on the Today screen as part of the
HTC plugin.Have you tried to create a link using Total Commander
or another file app and place it in the Windows/Startmenu?
This would allow you access from 1st screen.
Thats's exactly my problem, bigtsr, since I don't know where to look for the original QuickGPS program/system setting in order to link it...
EDIT: Now I get the picture, according to the registry quickgps.exe should be linked within home launcher, however there is no quickgps.exe anywhere, only quickgps.exe.0409.mui...any help from the ROM experts (Michyprima R6.1 SPL3.5) would be appreciated.
Problem solved; in this ROM quickgps.exe has been renamed to SeaSGEE.exe, however all registry entries still refer to the original file name...I don't understand how quickgps could actually be started with a wrong registry link???
Very well, if anyone else has problems with quickgps on the latest ROM R6.1 from MichyPrima, it could be related to this.
I use WLM 10.6.0053.1000 and somehow my emoticon screen going weird like in the screenshot... I reinstalled, redownloaded from live site but seems like the emoticon won't show up for unknown reason.
I tried to check if there is any missing files but all files are OK.
Registry check also OK.
I'm using WM6.1 official v1.77 i-Mate 9502.
Please help me how to restore those emoticons....

Seems like the files are missing. Where did you install it, on the device, flashdisk or storagecard? I'd browse for the files first and see if I could find them.

Yesterday I reinstalled the WLM (downloaded from live site http://mobile.microsoft.com/live/en-us/mobile/default.mspx).
For installation, it didn't give any option, it's all automated and installed in the device (precisely in the Windows folder).
But FYI, I checked the installation using SKTools and Pocket Mechanic, the installation is OK..
No files missing and registry are intact. Maybe other files (the system files) are missing? or some registry keys are missing?

I'll be waiting for your info for restoring the emoticon... ^^

Sorry I need the 10.6.0053.1000 cab before I can help you. It`s not on the windows side. Please upload it here. This was the first cab that you install or was in the rom and I must test it. No cab - Sorry no help.
Wait, I must search the cab file first. Because I already overwrite it with new one.
And the old one that came with my ROM is v10.6.0034.0800.
The v10.6.0053.1000 I downloaded it from Microsoft's site also. And I will try to recover that installation file from my harddisk.
