getting rid of "message sent" notice in XDA2

how do i get rid of the message sent notice everytime after i send an SMS? the XDA1 just notified me if the SMS failed to sent, which i find better than how the XDA2 notifies me if the message is sent. it gets annoying.
please help.

i have the same problem. After sending a message, the sms notify "Message sent" sticks on the tasksbar.
I didn't had that problem with ROM 1.66.00WWE and radio 1.10.00, but now i have 1.72.00WWE and radio 1.14.00. I guess the problem is an registry thing...
Does anyone has the solution to our problem?

Rogge the sent SMS will stick to the task bar if you close your inbox before the SMS has confirmed being sent. I'm using ROM 1.66.00WWE and it is there with this ROM.

Bumping this. This is annoying!

people been reporting that if you use pocket plus and enable the option that makes the close button REALLY close and not just minimize that is default and you close outlook before the msg is sent
then that happens

MsgQueueMapFile in Windows folder

I have noticed recently that my RAM has been decreasing rapidly. I have taken a look inside various folders and found the following files in the Windows folder:
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft Broadcast Message SMS Protocol (Receive Only)
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft Notification SMS Protocol (Receive Only)
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft Raw SMS Protocol (Receive Only)
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft Status Message SMS Protocol (Receive Only)
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft Text SMS Protocol
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft WCMP SMS Protocol
MsgQueueMapFileMicrosoft WDP SMS Protocol
Each are identical in that they are 1.65Mb each.
I have copied them to the Storage Card but I can't delete them from the Windows folder (Access Denied) and I don't even know if I should be deleting them?????
If someone can point me in the right direction as to why these files are so big and how to make sure they stay small, it would be much appreciated.

I have the same inquiry. My files come in 2 set, totalling 14 files. The first set is 2.71M each and the second set is 282b each.
Any ideas?

Windows incorrectly report their sizes. They are just queue files used by the system and don't use much than a few kb if that much

Just wondrin' what the f**k is this?

On windows directory I have 7 files like these "msgqueuedatafilemicrosoft broadcast message SMS Protocol (recieve only)" and its taking too much space each file is about 2MB... I have lots of personalize ringtones on my contacts and its not playing because it has low memory... please help

Sending MMS OK but the text is garbled and no reports?

Hi, I have an XDA1 on O2 with 3.71.03 ENG ROm and 4.21.00 Radio.
I've installed EZOS EzWAP 2.5 and input the necessary settings. Tested that I can send and receive MMS messages successfully, however I never receive the delivery reports).
My problem is that when I send a MMS, although the picure is recieved by the recipient, the text on my messages are not. Instead of my text, all the recipient ever sees is these three characters "ÿÞH".
Anybody had the same problem? Any solutions?

Atom/Atom exec sms problem

has anyone encountered not being able to send out sms, error message says something line "text message not sent" am not sure if this is related to gprs. Thanks
