NDAS driver for windows mobile ? - Networking

Hello,
I'm trying to connect my Windows Mobile phone to an external Freecom Ethernet HD.
The freecom HD uses the NDAS software to enable sharing.
I've seen on the web that a NDAS driver exists for Windows Mobile 03.
Is there anybody on the forum using this driver on hos mobile device ?
And where is it possible to download the driver ?
Thanks in advance

Internet through my O2 XDAII Mini

Friends,
This might be a repeat but I want to know how to use Internet on my laptop through the GPRS connection of my XDAII Mini. I had read somewhere that you have to install the HTC Modem Drivers which comes with the O2 CD on Windows XP, however I could not find the drivers on the accompanying CD.
Can somebody help me with the drivers & the installation instructions ?
Regards
Jinesh

The only problem is the drivers. The link which you sent does not have the drivers. It says page not found.
Can you attach the modem drivers if possible?

You need to install USB tool in Window mobile and install activesyc 4.5 above on your XP. once you need to connect your 3G you must tap internet sharing on your WM to connect the internet at your XP thru USB tool.
Hi anuarmu, thx for reply.
1) I went through all procedure to "liberate" my htc
2) I used usb tool to enable.
3) Unfortunately I get error on "“Generic RNDIS" and Windows Mobile-Based Device; windows xp doesn't find driver. (I also tried to installa usb switch to use serial but surfing the web via windows xp it does not work!!)
Can you please help me ?
Hi!
I had the same problem but eventually resolved it.
Just try to download and install Microsft ActiveSync 4.5 from Microsoft's website and you wont have to install the Generic RDNIS drivers.
It will install automatically.
Cheers!

and i lost the CD , SO PLZ I NEED JASJAR DRIVER
may any body give me the driver very soon ????

Hi Anas, what do you mean buy 'driver'. Everything, as far as I know, is accomplished by ActiveSync. Please describe your need better (I have original Orange CD).
The only driver on the CD supplied with the i-mate JASJAR is the USB modem driver. I have attached it here as a ZIP archive. In it you'll also find the PDF with instructions on how to use the driver.
Hope this is what you're looking for.

Then you need Active Sync (Windows 2000/XP) or Mobile Device Center (Vista/7) which are free downloads from Microsoft.
Thank you mr.abubasim

thank you again
Sorry, I don't have access to the CD myself right now, but I'm wondering if it would be of any help to you as it only contains the following four things:
1. Active Sync 4.0 (will not run under Windows Vista)
2. Microsoft Outlook 2002 (fully licensed and needs a product key)
3. USB Modem Driver
4. Manuals in PDF format.
Active Sync here

(Or perhaps there's others if you're non-english)

Solution for Support Code 86000107

Dear All,
I am using HTC Touch P3450, WM6. The active sync I have is 4.5. My synchronization on Windows PC 2 (office pc - XP) is not working. While Windows PC (Home's laptop-Vista) is working. Support Code 86000107 is always showing up on Windows PC 2. Can somebody help me? I can't find any thread for this problem.
Please help.
Thanks,
Dorothy
Hi Dottie
Just a guess: maybe on the office Pc there's a kind of firewall or any other prevention from System Administrator, or a different versionof MS office ?
Good luck
Well, in your office you can try 'ActiveSync Portable' - search that.

Iolite XDA Guide Windows Drivers Needed

Hello
I have an O2 XDA Guide - also known as Iolite - also known as Touch Cruise 09 or Touch Cruise 2 !!!
I need the windows drivers for this mobile phone. It works automatically on my laptop (running Win XP) and my PC (running Windows 7) but I wanted to use the internet connection sharing option on somebody else's laptop yesterday and it wouldn't download the device drivers from windows update automatically.
Therefore, I was hoping somebody could point me to where I can download the required XP and Win 7 drivers from or could post the drivers to this forum. I can then put them on the phone's memory card and will be able to install them to any laptop I want to use Internet Connection Sharing on.
Many thanks, Paul
Hi!
You need activesync installed to use the network sharing function. It will not work without that.
