Screwed my ameo, no hard reset possible. need german tmobile rom

Hey guys plz help me.
I screwed up my ameo by installing a new rom without unlocking it first. now i cant even make a hardreset. but i can go into bootloader.
I need original german tmbile rom. i think this is the only that my device will acept and then unlock it and start it again. plz help asap. because i cant use it anymore.

When you bought the device,did you have a CD called ROM update utility or something like that? I have it with my Dopod.

hmm no i dont think so, but i can search my hundred cds
I found a cd with varios programms but no rom update utility so far.

Perhaps you could also advice me how to backup the original rom and install it if possible.
I know somebody else with a ameo. perhaps he can help.

Sorry, I don't have that experience. I would gladly help you if I know how. I'm sure there are many developers especially the ROM cook who know this like the back of their fingers. Come on, give this your guy a hand.

Thank you for the link, i downloaded the tmobile rom but it didnt work i think because its not german.
Wrong vender id error. I need the original german rom to restore my machine and i think then i can update it.
Any german guys reading this? Somethere it must be avaible. or can somebody tell me how to extract rom from machine, becaue a friend of mine has the ameo too.

where can i find the original o2 shipped rom?

Had a bad upgrade and i need the original o2 rom to get me back on track. Normally i'd get it from the xda ftp, but it doesnt seem to be there anymore?!?
Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

managed to sort my uni with mtty and a tomal rom, but would still like to know what happened to all the original roms??

well is no one going to answer???? Ive already read a msg from a senior member sugesting to someone to reinstall an original rom after a bad flash, but no answer on where to find one ?!!???
come on peeps,people are going to muller their uni's unless they can get these original shipped roms.

Quick question: What's the difference between this and 1.14.401.2 which is already in the Original Rose ROMs thread? Upgrade from .1 to .2 does not require HardSPL, therefore it doesn't break the warranty, am I wrong?

I think you are wrong, for many htc devices you can't break the warranty replacing rom and bootloader because you can do the revert operation ...here is a nice guide for reverting back a kaiser device ...for a rose device I don't know exactly how you can do it, but I think is very similar.

Backup the original ROM

As I wrote before, I have a Diamond 2 (ex 02), that doesn't recognize the caller ID.
As nobody can find a solution, i'm thinking about upgrading the entire ROM: before doing that, I need to know if there is any way to backup the ROM that i'm using right now.
Please let me know

too late, I flashed with an italian rom that actually works... my uk rom was so slow...

ha~ the faster the better~

let's say "the one that works, the better", cause the italian rom has a lot less bug rather than the uk rom..

I did a bad back-up from my original Rom.
And now 2.1 is in the air, i would like to have the original rom back.. if somebody can help me ?
The S/N from my phone is HT98ZL900286
The official HTC site dont give me a working update for my divice..
I would like it to have it on this version.

Have you looked at HTC France?
Worst case you will have to update via Goldcard.
Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea to publish s/numbers.

i did try all official HTC's on this forum.
non of it works on my hero, every time, not the correct version..
